The staff were amazing. Everyone were well-polite and willing. I had to stay for half a day more and they gave me the option to do so. The prices are low due to the location (Pinheiros is next to Faria Lima, and both are good areas to stay).

Few options for breakfast, but I liked the ones we had. It's just sad that during my stay I could drink orange juice only once :( Maybe the hotel could provide more charcuterie options. The room that I got was small, and it was facing a bustling street. Due to being located in the 1st floor, people in the street could easily take a peek at our room hahahaha. The building don't have an elevator, so if you have any disabilities or any motor difficulty, it's not a good deal.

Staff was very nice and gave tipa about transportation and nearby bars. Room has everything you nees from an AC, large and comfortable bed to refreahing shower. Breakfast is just right and the overall vibe is great! The hotel is located in Pinheros where you could go to cultural sites, museums and malls during the day and plenty of clubs and bars during the night. I highy recommed!

The hotel has an amazing location. The breakfast was incredible, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming. Highly recommended — we had a wonderful experience!

cleaness! Very very very very and perfectly cleaned! after a few weeks traveling in Brazil (4 star hotels), the level of cleanses is admirable even in comparison to these 4 star hotels. they have cute vanity kits with toothbrush

beware: no elevators, rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor. if you have heavy luggage, you are very old or and have any mobility issues, it can be a problem. it was not an issue for me, who was traveling with a hand-luggage and I am quite fit.

The room was super clean, though small, with a really comfortable bed and a great shower. It was a bit noisy during the day with traffic on the street outside, but that's to be expected in Sao Paulo. At night the traffic quieted down.

A very friendly, clean, secure hotel in an excellent area of Sao Paolo, close to the metro, with a decent breakfast at a very cost effective price. Tv, refrigerator, aircon - I would stay here again.

It's on a busy corner so if your a light sleeper ask for an inner courtyard room. There is no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs

Lovely breakfast with tasty fresh bread and fruit. Simple place but perfect for one night and optimal location in Pinheiros, less than 500 m from Faria Lima metro station.

Great room with 3 single beds, clean, really helpful lady on reception who stored bags for four nights pre-check in when we went to the Amazon. Really great breakfast with good choices.
