Location, cleansiness.

Very slim, uncomfortable pillows. Easily a point that could be greatly improved. Also, I had a staff person knocking at my room door over 30 minutes before checkout time, which was very unpleasant

Clean and new apartment with a great location. Lots to eat around and close to the metro. I’d stay again happily.

Luckily for me I speak Portuguese so the chat bot was easy to talk to when they didn’t send our apartment details on time. I tried speaking to the bot in English and it didn’t respond. I think that’s why a lot of people in other reviews have been struggling. Needing to use the intercom and identify yourself every time you enter is also a bit inconvenient. Would be great if guests could use the facial ID feature that residents use. I’d done this in other accommodations in Brazil, my face was added for my stay then removed once I checked out. Other than that everything was great.

The property is very close to the subway station, which is great. However, there are bars with live music in front of the accommodation. I was assigned a room at the 4th floor, the live music was quite noisy. The room had a decent view of the city.

Very nice little flat with a good balcony, modern and clean. Great location for my needs during this trip, but near a very dodgy square (Largo da Batata), so be aware if you are a foreign tourist and are not used to São Paulo, the city is not for beginners.

The fact that the have a bot as their customer service agent. It is very annoying and takes a while until you get to message a human agent. There’s no-one at the reception and the only staff in the building do not work for Charlie, but for the residential flats. I was lucky enough that those people were very kind, especially Vagner. But again, they do not work for Charlie.

The location is excellent. Very close to the metro station Faria Lima. You also have very good bars and restaurants nearby.

Some small things were missing in the flat. It didn't have hooks in the bathroom. Also there was no shelf in the shower, so soap and shampoo had to stay on the floor. The worst part was that the shower was full of mold.

Location was awesome. Nespresso capsules are just great! Towels and pillows are clean and fairly new. Very comfy.

Vending machines at the reception are not exactly user friendly. Be ready to wait a bit until you download the apps and get the payment bit good to go....what is still not a guarantee that you'll get what you expect for.

Very cosy and efficient studio with a lot of details that give it a more luxurious feel. Well thought through. The bathroom was a lot bigger than expected. Walking distance to Villa Magdalena. I had a wonderful stay.

It was a bit confusing to enter the property, especially without Portuguese knowledge.

Very good distance to the subway, supermarket, cafés and restaurants. Nespresso machine and ironing available.

Although I requested a high and silent room, I was given a low one on the corner to a square with a lot of noise at night. Refrigerator also was very noisy. Noisy and dirty street in front with lots of bars, but no problem at all to get in or out the building, even late night.

Excellent location close to bars, restaurants, and public transportation. The flat was small but very cozy and was overall perfect for a short stay. An extra plus was the steamer and coffee machine 😍 The check-in process went smoothly and it was easy to find and access the building.

Balcony door should be fixed so it can be locked properly. Also, due to the closeness of the bar streets, it was kind of noisy on Friday and Saturday evening - something to keep in mind for light sleepers. But it was not a problem for us :)

The rooms were just as advertised and the location is in an up and coming neighborhood with great restaurants and nightlife

No one really spoke any language other than portugese. The hotel is managed by a chat bot, so it's hard to get a hold of a human being.
