Spacious clean modern style great location well priced.

First room we booked with 1111 the AC unit did not work at all the first night. The remote was on but the AC unit itself was not. BUT.. the staff quickly moved us to an upgraded room 1503 to accommodate and we were very pleased with this outcome.

The apartment was very spacious and had an amazing view of the city. The decoration of the apartment and the facilities (bathroom, balcony, etc.) were very modern and clean. Overall the apartment was great, having a separate room as an office was extremely helpful for the home office days. There was a last minute change of apartment; the communication with the managing team worked very well and everything went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend using these apartments.

It was difficult to communicate with the security guards. It would be helpful if they were able to speak other languages.

Location was great! Felt very safe and lots of great options nearby for food.

Not a ton of storage in the apartment so we didn't have a lot of space to store clothes, shoes, etc. Still great value for the price!

I had several issues during my stay. First, the glass closet door came off the hinges and the owners initial response was for me to place the broken glass door somewhere because he couldn’t have anyone come to fix it until after the holiday. Keep in mind the apartment was less than 400 square feet and this was a pretty heavy glass door. I pushed back against this for safety reassigns as well as I did not want to be responsible if the glass was damaged etc. Next, during my first shower the shower drain was clogged and the bathroom flooded (several clothing items and a pair of my shoes were wet as a result). The next day the toilet wouldn’t flush. When I reported these issues and expressed my concerns the owners response was “these things happen often and it’s out of his control”. Not once did he offer to move me to another unit or compensate me for the inconvenience, safety, or comfortability. Book.Com also failed to address these issues. The property management company was by far one of the rudest I’ve experienced in all my travels. If you can avoid Okaeri Homes as a host please do so at all cost. Booking.Com also plays a huge roll in the poor customer service as their policies rarely benefit the buyers.

Disappointed. Very lengthy check-in process. You will need to make a new security deposit after paying on booking and sign a really long contract, to read carefully if you don't want to pay the cleaning fees 3 times (for a total of 660 BRL). Room is small.
