Excellent location, Pinheiros is a fantastic area with lots of restaurants and bars close by. Metro Faria Lima is within a few minutes walking distance. The rooftop pool is incredible with stunning views of Sao Paulo. The rooms have a lovely balcony that can be taken advantage of. There is a space to cook (two hobs) with some basic pots and pans and plates, and a fridge. More than adequate for one or two nights.

Nothing specific that I didn't like, but some things to bear in mind: The bedrooms are a little tight to get around. The receptionists generally don't speak any English, so maybe bear that in mind.

Great location, nice rooftop lap pool and small gym. The apartment was clean and a good size. The balcony option was a great addition.

The key card that functions to turn on the electricity was not working well. I had to fiddle with it a lot to get it to work. The tvs are not smart which is outdated. The lock on the slider to the balcony did not function so the slider door was always unlocked.

It was a great experience! Nice and clean rooms. The property is really close to everything you need! Bars, restaurants and metro station. Good place to stay for business trips or vacation. The staff is really kind and helpful. I would stay here again, definitely.

Pricy stuff at the lobby quick store

I loved this place!! I wish I had found it the other times I went to Sao Paulo. I will stay here the next time I go there. The gym was great! The rooftop was beautiful including the pool- too bad I didn't bring my swim trunks. The location is great! The price was affordable. I REALLY liked this place.

I just wish the shower was bigger but other than that- it was wonderful

We like the personal. we enjoy the swimming pool and the fitness gym. the balcony was amazing, too.

Location was good, WiFi was good, big fridge, comfortable bed, small self service of food/drinks at the lobby. Nice view from the balcony

Floor was a bit dirty but nothing really bad. Check in was quite long (25mn)

Feel like home , nice room , all you need in , excellent wifi , staff cool , location great very safe place . Back again.

The courtain in the bedroom was falling and the room was quite bright in the morning. They need to fix that courtain
