I had 3 different apartments, which were nice. Some were better than others so you have to check the pics first because the name don’t necessarily match how nice they are. For example, the luxury one was the worst from the 3 that I took and the “normal” one was the nicest. But overall, I enjoyed staying there for about 2 months, I recommend it.

They didn’t registered my face at the entrance so I had to call the reception each time I arrived. Also, the sauna has a max temperature of 60 degrees Celsius only.

The size of the room, small shower though, good security staff and helpful

The fact that the person responsible for ensuring my stay is pleasent didn’t answer any of my messages so l had to find other alternatives. Very poor service from Yuri

The location, the prompt assistance of yuri and his team, the room was comfortable and as advertised.

There were several broken things, such as the shower (quickly fixed by Yuri), the balcony door wouldn’t lock, and it was very cold in the apartment. Yuri quickly had a duvet sent over. Getting into the apartment was tricky bc the password provided was missing a digit, so we had some trouble at midnight trying to sort that out. All was sorted thankfully.

The smell of the room was bad

The check-in process was terrible. There's no host, it seems like a management company relying on security staff who aren't integrated into their system. We had to wait outside with our luggage waiting for security guards to go back and forth with the company. Also, the host was messaging and asking for personal information like passport copies on WhatsApp instead of Booking (which they were not supposed to do). Thankfully it was during the day and we already had a SIM so while we were worried and it wasted a lot of time, it all worked out, but if it was at night without a SIM card, it would have been pretty scary.

the appartment si modern for sure .. The swimming pool on the last floor is good

the appartment is not compatible with 3 personns .. IT is too small . a hard sofa is not a bed . The kitchen need more pan impossible to do pasta for 3. Asked to the hebergor. not possible there is only 2 plates so 2 things to cook .strange logic. weird the acces is securised by a camera system and a vigil . not very friendly but OK
