The hotel is in São Francisco region, between Litorânia and the Center. There is not much around but is close to the main attractions, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good however, to order tapioca or omelet there was a line that somedays it made it quite hard. On the check-in we got a welcome drink from the friendly staff.

I was told the Hotel's restaurant was 24/7 which wasn't the case. Since I went there before and after the Lençóis trip I was able to see other options of room, some are much better than others.

The common areas and the room were clean. Although not very large, the room was large enough for me alone; the mattrass was firm, there was a security box in the room and the electrical light was good. Breakfast was wonderful, with many options for everybody. The staff was efficient, polite and kind, especially so the manager of the hotel.

The bathroom was too small. The location of the hotel is not so good, far away both from the historical center and from the beach, but a taxi solves the issue.

It’s located fairly near the Historical Center and São Luís Shopping Mall, and Litorânea Beach is not so far. The location was really convenient! The staff was super helpful and solicit as well.

I expected the room to be a bit more comfortable, but it was okay. The bedside outlet wasn’t working.

The location of the hotel is not so good, far both from the beache and from the Historical Center, but a taxi can solve the issue. The common places are clean, while my room was acceptably clean - the floor was a bit dirty. The room was large enough for one person; it had good electrical light to read in bed and a firm, comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent; dinner was good. The staff members were kind and polite.

The bathroom was extremely small, even for a petite woman like me; the handbassin was in the room itself, not in the bathroom.
