This is a tale of two rooms! My second room, 1004, was excellent, as is the hotel in general. It was clean, the breakfasts were great, and the staff were professional and friendly. I changed rooms to be away from nearby music and a musty smell. There was none of that in the second room. The staff was helpful, both when I checked in a little early and checked out a little late due to bus schedules.

My first room, 403, had things I didn't want. First was music. In the day, it was constant reggae; then, from 6 to 9 pm, it was a live dinner performer. All this came from a nearby restaurant, but although I liked the style of music, I wanted to rest and concentrate. Also, the room smelled a little musty. There was a weird thing I didn't like in both of the rooms: when you turned on or off the air conditioner, the television came on.

Good business type of hotel. Great views from the room. Staff is very fast and efficient. Breakfast simple, but good, especially coffee - very strong, exactly what I needed every morning. Location is great too. you can walk around in a quite nice and safe area, or you can take taxi for 14-20 Reals to the old city, it will take 10-15 minutes only.

Air conditioner was a little bit noisy, but I fixed it

Very nice breakfast. The rooms are very big, a lot of space, and very clean as well. I loved the shower. Very comfortable extras like a fridge, a lot of TV channels, … for a three star hotel I thought this is very good.

Large room. Rather quiet location. Good soundproof. Nice view to the lagoon. Well equipped and very clean. Everything in good condition. Very comfortable bed, good linen. Bathroom a bit cramped but good shower, quality towels etc. Strong WiFi. Good air-con. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast in a comfortable room with view to lagoon. Good location near the beach but not far from the city. Excellent hotel considering the price. We would stay there again.

The staff was friendly, the room has good facilities, the breakfast had good options and the neighborhood was good. It has garage.

The building needs more maintenance, the mirror in the bathroom has spots due to humidity, the mattress and the pillows were too soft, and the sofas in the reception were dirty.

All those hotel features announced is really good. The shower was awesome with strong falls.

The hotel bar&caffeteria close to reception cloud be implemented with more food options.

The breakfast was great! The room was very simple, but had everything we needed. Staff was also friendly.

Our towels had a few stains on them and in general, the rooms were a bit run down.
