The hotel was in a good location surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The room was very clean and tidy. I really liked the fact that they provided some necessities also such as toothbrushes and slippers. I was also very grateful that the hotel held onto our suitcases on our last day there so that we could pick them up later when it was time for us to catch our flight.

The wifi couldn’t reach around the whole room and you had to be in a certain location to be able to use it, it made it difficult to use the wifi. Although the breakfast was nice it was a bit limited and there wasn’t a huge range of food. Also it would be very beneficial for there to be a lift, especially for those who have rooms on the top floor and have to climb up with big suitcases.

It was in an excellent location in Liberdade, close to a lot of transportation and food. The room was very comfortable and had alot of good ammenities.

Sound-proofing in the rooms could be a little bit better, but it was not bad. I could barely hear noises from other rooms, but I did hear noises from other rooms (even with all windows locked).

The location is unbeatable if you're going for the sole reason of exploring Liberdade. Gustavo from reception was very helpful. Breakfast was very good with enough variety. The room was spacious, with a big TV. In the room we stayed in there were two showers facing each other so my partner and I could shower together with plenty of hot water!

The smell of cigarettes inside the room was awful (partner and I are non-smokers). The constant moaning coming from other rooms at random times was bothersome. The door to the bathroom is transparent, so taking a dump becomes the ultimate test of intimacy. Other receptionists weren't so welcoming. I asked them to clean the room and left for a stroll, when I came back 6 hours later they still didn't have cleaned it. I had to ask again.

The location, the breakfast (simple but good) and mainly the staff were awesome!

They didn’t have more blankets for us and it was a cold night, the air conditioner were broke (so we couldn’t put it on to heat the room) and the bathroom was kind of dusty.

Cleanliness.

Didn't have any plates to eat food and glasses to drink! And also didn't have water to drink! Didn't have a smart-tv to watch Netflix or YouTube. Apart from this everything was good!

there is some noises that makes a litlle hard to sleep, but in general it is ok

The new room after I complain was like the pictures of the booking.com website.

First room was not like the ones on the website. After asking for an upgrade (35 reais for 3 days), I got the room I wanted as the website.

The bed was huge, and many soft pillows. It was very comfortable to have a great sleep.

I'd recommend this room for a couple because the shower door was see-through.

The location is good, especially since Liberdade has great restaurants that were within walking distance. Slippers were provided in the bedroom which was nice, and the breakfast provided was great - lots of options and very tasty fresh fruit. The provided breakfast was a highlight and is the biggest reason I'd return.

It is more motel than hotel, but that's fine, just manage your expectations. For example there wasn't a dresser nor a luggage rack in the room. It was a small room with a mirror on the ceiling. The bed was okay, not very comfortable, but fine since we don't have pain issues. I suggest that the hotel provide more in the bathroom, like pump shampoo and conditioner and soap. Oh and in the bathroom the towel hangers are inside the shower...it worked but was weird.

Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hot water took ages to heat up but that's a very small issue in the scheme of things.
