Relatively quiet in a busy area. Proximity to lots of restaurants and bars and Asian foods. A gym was a pleasant surprise. However don't expect too much there. Most of the equipment there doesn't work. Another pleasant surprise is that there's a large sitting room hidden behind on the other side of the elevators. You can enjoy quiet times. Attached to that is the laundry room.

There are a few different wifi networks around. Some of them don't work at all. Broken down equipment in the gym. The mattress in Room 85 is very uncomfortable and should be replaced

Because it's a fully equipped apartment, one can cook and/or prepare meals and thus saving money and time.

Access to Metro is tricky for those new to that neighborhood. The "Liberdade-Japão" station is a NO GO, especially since the "São Joaquim" station is right after it, hence closer to Genève (written with a grave accent instead of acute). In the instructions to access the location, point to the right exit and to descend Galvão Bueno and etc... this could turn your hotel much more interesting. One more thing: The Staff is very kind and helpful:)

It’s large and clean. Loved the location and the staffs were very kind.

Just the bathroom… The shower didn’t warm up properly, and the toilet flush was too weak for me.

The swimming pool is very small and felt like a sims pool as it didnt have a ladder so it was quite difficult to get in and out :)

Close to Japantown and Chinatown. Quite cheap regarding access to sauna and pool.

Sauna only available from 6-7 for ladies and 7-8 for men. It is a loot of construction happening around area. So a little bit much noise

Everything, I needed a quiet and safe place to crash at Sao Paulo and this was it!!

The Wi-Fi connection is really slow, you cannot do videocalls with it but aside from that, it is a good choice overall.

Nice location close to Libedade. Cable TV in English if you can work out to press the green button on certain channels. Very friendly staff and gate security.

The rain, but what can anyone do

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The place is super well located, very safe area, very quiet, and has easy access to public transportation. I rented in Pinheiros, Jaguares, El centro historico, and this modest residential in Liberdade neighbourhood was the best. Lots of places to eat around as well. I 100 % recommend it for solo travelers.

The Internet connection wasn't good which was a bit of an irritating inconvenience. My staying there was short this time so not much to complain about it but definitely, I would like to come back and find out this issue has been solved. I did not like either the swimming pool. It seems a wee neglected.

It has a wonderfully helpful owner.

The apartment is super comfortable, you have kitchen so you can save extra reales. Also, the apartment have hot water.

The apartment need a heater, is winter, you'll die of cold if you don't have a heater
