It was a spacious and comfortable room with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and only 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. The hotel provided a good breakfast. The only negative was that the safe in my room did not work. I reported this but nothing was done, even though I was there for four nights.

Our family room was located close to elevators / the noise was disturbing . No towel driers / the towels were always wet. There was no soap at the bath tub (only at shower)

The breakfast is very good, well prepared, with many options. Despite being old, the hotel is very well maintained. Very clean, with clean bed linens and towels.

The location is excellent - short and safe walk to Paulista -, the artsy rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff always very nice and helpful.
