Large hotel in a central location for São Paulo. The gym was large and open 24hrs. I chose a basic room due to the great 90’s styling / architecture. The room was well appointed and I loved the late 20thC styling. I hope the hotel keeps some of these rooms and doesn’t refurbish them all, as the new rooms look bland and generic, very footballers wives. (if you know, you know) a lot of Cabin crew from different airlines stay here, so great people watching at breakfast!

The refurbished areas of the hotel are very questionably designed. They huge inbuilt sofa seats in the restaurant where the seat back reaches the ceiling. I mean what was the person thinking when they made them! The dated areas are way better and contain great design details.

The hotel is very well located and this is its main advantage. It's just 8 minutes by walk from Ibirapuera park, which is quite a central location in São Paulo. The staff is very welcoming and supportive. They really have an outstanding professionalism. By the other hand, the hotel room was looking a little bit old and lacking maintenance for a so-called 5-star hotel. The wall painting was worn, the closet doors were misaligned and hanging. The minibar was quite complete with many different snacks and beverages available. The restaurant was quite nice as also the hotel bar.

The room had some minor problems, like worn painting, old closet, lacking basic beauty devices, like curling iron, and my towels were not changed for my whole 5 days stay. This is quite disappointing for a 5-star hotel.

The room was spacious, well-decorated, with enough amenities expected from a 5* hotel. The room service was convenient. The check-in-check-out processes were done smoothly. We received a late check-out for 2 hours which was really appreciated. The restaurant was serving high-quality food, with a great service. The breakfast was a highlight, nice diversity of food, fruits, cold cuts and breads. Everything was fresh and high quality.

On the check-out date which coincided with Mother's day, no table was available for the hotel guests to have lunch or even a light snacks (all the tables at the bar and restaurant were assigned to events)! That was a little out of ordinary. In rush hours, getting a taxi from hotel to anywhere in the city was with a long delays.

The breakfast was excellent, as was the restaurant for dining. The staff were very helpful. I liked the bottled water left every day.

The first night, we were assigned a room that had strong solvent smells. The next morning I asked to change rooms and was accommodated quickly. However, the staff knew there was a problem with artists working on the first floor, and still put us there. The location was convenient for us - very close to the marathon at Iberapuera park which we were visiting . However, I would have liked to stay at a more upscale neighbourhood - a little scary to walk alone. The restaurant had delicious food, but the music level was too loud for my tastes (hey, I'm old)...

Functional business hotel close to the Ibirapuera park. The breakfast is good and the restaurant has some interesting dishes (e.g. steak tartare). Although the hotel sits next to the highway, we didn't heard the noise of the street in our room on the 10th floor.

Service can be sometimes very slow in the restaurant.

Position near the park. Comfy room. Safe.

Could do with a coat of paint in the corridors as the black paint is patchy and scuffed and there was mould in the shower glass track that smelt a little.

The hotel Pullman Ibirapuera is around 40 Minutes drive from the international airport . The hotel is fine, the breakfast was delicious . The staff is kind they brought me additonal heater into my room as i asked for it . The price for a 5 star hotel is still acceptable specially the breakfast was included !

1. the rooms are small and unfortunately you can hear easy what all your neighbours are doing 2. The service in the in the reception level on the terrace was not really perfect, if i wanted to order needed to go again into inside to ask for more drinks as i asked for the bill needed to wait more than 20 minutes and finally needed to go inside to pay my bill . This should not really happen in a 5 stars hotel !

The tv wasnt actually smart, even with the ad saying so. It was not offered any room or service upgrade.

They gave me free room upgrade and I got leather slippers to take home for free - it was similar to Havana slippers :)) The food was very nice...

The hotel is a bit old.

Absolutely fantastic gym, 24/7 and lots of options!! Restaurant downstairs is also decent.

Quite expensive & rooms are somewhat small.
