Good and safe location, clean & cozy apartment.

Very difficult to get a taxi. The day time, white, young staff and the white middle aged staff were not courteous; since I don't speak Portuguese and I am an Asian, the staff ignored me even though I was standing in front of them at the desk. And when asked for information, I was answered with yes and no even though they speak English. So discrimination is very much present here but the black/colored staff were very courteous and respectful and helped in every way possible.

It’s actually not a hotel but rental apartment. As a result, no hotel amenities and the facility is a little bit old

Great location close to metro station, bars, restaurants and 2 nice padarias. The room is very big, clean and comfortable (the pillows are quite thin though). Great front desk staff, always ready to help. In the last day they kept my luggage in the storage and got me a quite place with a desk and a chair to work on my computer.

The communication with Charlie is through WhatsApp and sometimes it takes quite a lot of time to get a response and things sorted, but I don't think it was a huge problem. The phone in my room was broken and they tried to fix it, but in the end it did not work during my stay.

Room is spacious, staff is nice (and speaks english!), everything is clean, and just as described/on the pictures. You’re close to subway/metro, and Avenida Paulista basically starts at your doorstep. It is truly good value for money.

The gym is kind of a joke. But that is on the building and the managers. Most of the 4* hotels have even worse. This was at least clean and the machines worked.

Location is really good. Room is great. I would recommend this place to friends, obviously letting them know about what I did not like. I like that there wer two persons at the lobby at night for security.

Wifi service is really bad. I did not understand why I have to ask for cleaning the room. You ask to throw toilet paper on th bin, however, you do not clean the bin. Some lights were broken. I would get an AC for the living room.

Great staff. The valet parking was very helpful and essential since Ive arrived around 9pm. They have a small grocery shop at the hotel 24/7, and it was very convenient. Also staff at the reception was extremely helpful, he even lent me a corkscrew. Also the coffee shop in the building is very nice they offer a great variety of drinks and food.

The suites are in a very high standard building, very clean and nice. It is very close to the subway station, which make it very easy (even easier than by taxi or uber) to go to Paulista Avenue. There is everything you need in the block - a coffee shop, a small supermarket, a very good bakery... The rooms are nice and the bed was very comfortable. AC is also very useful during Brazilian summer

Unfortunately I was assigned a room for people with reduced mobility, which meant that the bathroom layout was not ideal: not enough shelves to store toiletries, no box around the shower, meaning that every shower led to a very wet floor everywhere. Acoustic insulation is not great - you can hear your neighbors slamming their doors - but that is, I believe, common in Brazil and not specific to this building.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, near the Metro and close to a good selection of bakeries and restaurants. The suite was very clean and the shower was amazing!

My only complaint is the lack of a microwave or stove of some sort. It would be great for doing stuff cheaper and more home-like. That said, a minor complaint giving the positives.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The location allowed me to walk to various restaurants, mall and cafés.

That there wasn't a microwave located near the lobby. I could not warm up my leftovers.

The room was large, very sunny and well equipped.Excellent location, close to the subway station. But we have recommended this hotel to many friends, and suggested that they can choose the hotel.

Sound insulation in general, can always be awakened by the sound of the road motorcycle. We can hear the talk in the next room. No breakfast
