It’s located on a very strategic, yet busy location, which allows any guest to have easy access to public transportation, pubs and restaurants for all tastes, also to a diverse range of places like parks, theatres, clubs, museums and much more either you’re a local or a first timer in the city. Highlights for being a truly pet friendly accommodation which made me feel comfortable during my stay.

The lacking of a designated parking space for guests only nearby the building. It’s a busy avenue with a heavy of traffic of cars, buses, bikes and pedestrians, which makes it difficult when pulling over when arriving or leaving the hotel. The options are using the sidewalk as a parking spot, very briefly, to avoid getting any tickets, or parking on a private lot in one of the streets around the area. It might get tricky if you’re carrying extra baggage or on a rainy day.

I liked a lot this accommodation. Well equipped and with a good space. Comfy bed and I also felt very safe while staying there. Everything is very clean and the hallways smells good all the time. There’s 2 elevators so we don’t have to wait long to catch one and the staff is extremely friendly and by the time I was there it was SP PRIDE so they had a huge LGBTQIA+ flag on the entrance.

I still didn’t understand one thing which I believe was a total misunderstanding or a staff’s communication fail: They didn’t accept the passport as document of my friend who was visiting me. They told us only the BR ID or driver license was accepted and this doesn’t make any sense at all. Other thing: You hear people moaning all night long, I mean it.

This is a reasonably priced flat in an excellent location, so in a way you pay for what you get. The flat is spacious and newly refurbished, as others have said. Everything, however, was done on the cheap, and it shows: polyester sheets, bright white lightning with no subtle lighting, no side tables by the bed, a balcony with no chairs, the kitchenware is a bit of a joke: no bowls to have a yoghurt, no proper knife. But above all - and the true reason I probably would not return is: NO WAY TO MAKE COFFEE IN THE FLAT. I was staying for several days and every time I needed a coffee or a cup of tea I had to go out. Also, as others said, as the windows are single-glazed, you hear a lot of noise from the streets outside - it is a very busy part of the city. Definitely bring earplugs!

Really comfortable and well designed. I had everything I needed and it felt really safe and really easy to check in and out. My bus was delayed 3 hours and I arrived a long time after midnight, which appears to not be available and I was worried it would be a problem but when I arrived the receptionist was really kind and there were no issues. It was a really good experience staying here.

The one thing I didn't like is that I tried to contact the property through all the different contact points - email, phone, via booking.com website - and I didn't manage to get through. This was because I needed to update them that my arrival would be delayed past the check in deadline at midnight. I arrived at 3am and I was really stressed out this entire time because I couldn't get a response (even though I tried since 6pm all the way until 10pm) and I wasn't sure if I would be allowed check in. As a female solo traveler arriving in the middle of the night this was quite worrying but thankfully there were no issues checking in.

Everything, it was clean and the staff were friendly.

The room was a little bit tight and there was a full booking so I wasn’t able to have an early check-in when I arrived into the city. If they had an extra room but required upgrading my current room, I would definitely take it because sometimes you arrive very tired and want to just relax before starting your trip.

The location is excellent, close to many little shops, Paulista Ave and a great restaurant on the corner. The room was comfortable, perfect for 3 people and we had a balcony with sliding doors. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They use a ‎WhatsApp system to communicate so there’s no problems with language

The room felt a little cheap, the draw was broken and the plugs came out of the wall on a couple of occasions.

Fantastic location which was safe, close to the metro, had lots of restaurants near by, a supermarket and banks. Room was lovely and spacious. Clean.

Kitchen lacked bowls, scissors, etc. Our induction hob had an error after using it for 10 minutes which wasn’t fixed. The tap in the bathroom was over powerful and splashed everywhere.

Very comfortable bed. Clean room. Air-conditioning working well (this is completely a must since São Paulo can be so warm). Great location. Great option for the price.

I know it's a small thing, but it was so hard to get soap out of the soap dispenser. The room I was in can feel a bit claustrophobic because the window was small (but there are rooms with better windows).

Very good location, lovely staff. You get what you pay for, so expect a very small room. The place is clean and it looks very safe. Nice padaria at the corner.

As everything is resolved via WhatsApp, you can expect some delays and small issues with the communication. But once you understand how it works it’s fine.
