Amazing breakfast, parking lot is available (paid) with vallet, metro is step aside, bus stop close, close to malls, restaurants, drugstore etc. The staff is very polite and helpful. You can order ifood, but they also have several snacks and beverages on fridges. During the day you can order lunch from their restaurant. Not cheap but save you time. Room has a ok size. We reserved a queen bed with an extra bed on top and serve my family (me, wife and two kids) well.

They could charge less in the stuff they sell on fridges close to reception.

I enjoyed the convenient location, super close to Paraiso metro station and the little cafés nearby. The breakfast is good, it has everything you need for starting the day on the right foot - fruits, coffee, juice and pao de queijo. Many people say the area is busy and it's hard to sleep but I didn't have any trouble on that matter whatsoever. I slept well and comfortable.

It's the economic range of Ibis, so it is expected that the rooms are smaller and with less amenities. I think the ventilation for the toilet needs to be improved. To do that, I opened the window which is "far" from the toilet. The toilets could have a little extractor.

Received a personalized welcome note with chocolates. Location is in a residential area on a main avenue. Metro Station is about 10 feet away. Taxis are available quickly. Rooms where very clean. Beds feel fairly new.

Neighbor is noisy.

Close to the Subway station and in a good area. Less than a 15 minutes subway ride to the places I visited. There was also a convenience store on site and the restaurant was open until late, which was convenient

Just minutes walk from the Paraiso underground station, we had a great stay at ibis budget. Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. It was easy to get from here to the centre by uber at any time. Although there were a couple of security guards at the entrance at all times, the neighbourhood felt overall quiet.

Staff was responsive, helped me with heavy luggage when I needed to call an Uber. Room cleaned to excellence.

The coffee room was closed for some people and then inconsistently reopen for some people (maybe even for a staff meeting, not so sure) which looked like an exception was being made. in face, the space is great for people working and they should have it listed as a working space (we would certainly buy more coffee!)

Everything was running smoothly, staff was very nice.
