Great accommodation especially as an elderly solo female traveler. Excellent security with 24hr front desk. Loved their buffet breakfast. My room had large sliding windows so immediately made the room light and bright with lots of fresh air. The 24hr grocery store was also so convenient. Netflix available. All in All, great value for money for a comfortable stay.

Having to pay a substantial amount extra to check in 3hrs early even as the room was unoccupied and available. Having said that, I did appreciate that this was an option as I was tired from an overnight flight.

The hotel is modern, the rooms are super clean, modern and comfortable (same for the beds/ pillows). The access is easy and they provide a very efficient valet service for parking. The main differential though, is the staff! They are really good, both in the reception, as well as the ladies at the restaurant!

The water took long to heat at the bathroom, causing some waste. Also, the wifi in my room was not working properly, which wasn't a big deal for me as I had cell phone data, but could be a problem if I was there for work.

The location was great and convenient to some necessities and restaurants. A safe neighborhood. The rooms were clean and modern, yet a little small, but the digital entry and other technology was nice

Rooms are a little small and not able to access one side of bed, but the kitchen and refrigerator in room was great even though we did not cook, but used the refrigerator. Bathroom a little small. If you want a big room this isn't the place, but it is clean, modern and in a good location and staff was helpful.

Great hotel, where's everything surprisingly works! It's clean, the bed in great, mini kitchen has all facilities and there's even small grocery inside the hotel. The guard is amazing and super helpful, he just pay attention to everything outside to make sure you are safe, helps with luggage. All stuff is great and friendly.

Not all stuff on reception speak English, but it's a minor problem. The self service laundry is hard to use (if you are foreigner).

I frequently go to São Paulo for work and have stayed in dozens of accommodations. I find Cozz Vila Mariana the best for comfort, friendliness, and location. Unless YOU value false luxury in 5* hotels, try Cozzy and I can assure you that it is the best in São Paulo. Although I usually go to São Paulo for your work, the hotel is also good for those who would like to explore the multiple attractions of this great city.

I like everything at Cozzy Hotel, I cannot find anything bad to point out. And do not miss breakfast - superb, with the nicest staff you could find anywhere.

Great location, close to the Ana Rosa metro station with Avenida Paulista very easy to reach. This really is a smart hotel - several things have been automated, which makes e.g. the check-in and check-out fast and efficient. There is also a small shop next to the lobby where you can buy some necessities, such as drinking water. Fast elevator, good working air conditioning and a great view (I was on a high floor). Friendly, perfect English speaking staff.

The kitchen facilities in the room are very limited. For instance, an electric kettle to make tea would have been nice.

The staff isn't helpful with the lavanderia and the application needed for that. It would be better if the property would integrate it in their service instead of letting guests download an application and go through all that hassle for just one or two times of washing clothes. That is the only downside, but apart from this they are great!

The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places, metro and bus. It was cosy and clean and lots of space. Great breakfast and fast check out. Staff were friendly, very kind and helpful especially Ms Juliana and her colleages Mara,Joelma,... . I am gratefull to all of them. I hope to stay at this again.

The room was fairly big and the staff was very nice and friendly. They had an extensive breakfast buffet with many good options. The location felt fairly safe and the building also felt secure. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

If you are coming from abroad, don't expect the staff to speak English very well, but that's okay. The neighbouring rooms were a bit noisy sometimes, but overall we had a good stay. The laundry process was too complicated.

Well located, clean and comfortable. Our room had everything we needed for our week in São Paulo plus there’s a gym, small pool, laundry facilities at your disposal. Short walk to the nearest metro and plenty of buses and cabs if needed. Oh, and the staff are friendly, professional and super-helpful.
