The apartment is really new and nicely decorated. It’s in a safe area, close to the metro and facilities. The staff is super helpful and kind. Great value for money.

There are a lot of construction sites around the hotel which can be loud sometimes but I guess this is a normal thing in Sao Paulo.

Received instruction all in Portuguese, takes a bit of effort to translate. When we arrived late in the evening, it happened no one was in the reception, emails and text message took a long time to response. and when the response came, it was all in Portuguese too.

Comfy bed, nice balcony, gym and washing machine on site. Really good location!!

Would prefer a fob than face recognition but that's ok. Also have to download an app for the laundry

Spacious with a comfortable bed and close to the Metro.

For seemingly no good reason the smart TV lacked access to major streaming channels including HBO Max and Paramount+.

The bathroom had the most opportunity, the towels we were given had hair, and there were many little flies on the ceiling of the shower

Everything was very clean, Netflix was available and the staff was very nice and helpful.
