Nice room with a great view from 16th floor. Easy access to underground lines 1 and 2 (Paraiso). There's a 24h mini market just around the corner. Well served breakfast (not crowded before 8 am).

There's no microwave, kettle, cooktop or cutlery available. Be prepared to eat out everyday. There's just a mini fridge which also included cups. The magnetic key card often gets demagnetised, avoid leaving it near your cell phone, specially those with mag safe. Even with lamps on, it was a bit dark. New brighter LED bulbs should solve this issue.

The staff gave mixed messages about when the room is cleaned. At the reception they said we had to hang the door knob thingy if we WANT the room cleaned, meanwhile the room got cleaned without it. This stressed out my partner a bit as she felt like some of her private property was exposed in a way she did not feel comfortable with as she did not expect cleaning to happen.

shower gel dispenser was broken, called at night to see if they could bring me some soap, they said they would come, no one came! in the morning I called again, and I am still waiting for it! lol horrible concierge/receptionists! please do not do that! at least say you can’t .

Everything is new, very clean, and direct. Check-in was easy, and check-out was easier. The room had plenty of space and was functional. The staff was friendly and objective.

The blackouts on my windows were scratched and missing parts, so the sun woke me up at 5 am, and I wasn't planning on that. The breakfast place had little room, so I kept running into people while trying to get food or coffee. If I were to stay for about a week, I'd like to have a microwave and a cooktop available in the room's "kitchen."

Location is great! Walking distance to Avenida Paulista, some shopping malls and right next to a subway station. There are also facilities around: supermarket, bakeries, bars and pharmacy. All in all, a great stay!

The breakfast area is too small for the number of guests, so it was always too cramped to feel comfortable and we chose not to eat there after all.

The reception staff were so accomodating and took time to just generalky converse as well as helping me to book a bus ticket onwards - genuinely lovely people and a greeat breakfast .Quiet - an easy Uber hop from the airport after a long flight - hot powerful shower - table to write and plan - sofa- big bed - mini kitchen - very well priced - im impressed !

Great value for your money. I always take the largest room they have available. Breakfast is messy - do not expect a 5-star hotel buffet or service - but fair.

Checkin took too long due to a group of 4 people that arrived before me and only 1 receptionist was available.

Staff are all very friendly and helpful, the location was very good and the breakfast was good value too. Possibility to leave luggage after check out was greatly appreciated.

No kettle or utensils in the room, the horrible rock tough pillows. Also, the TV wasn't smart TV only channels were available.
