The hotel was neat and the staff was really nice and welcoming. Everyone was so helpful: front office, concierge, housekeeping, waiters.. thank you all.

All the plugs in my room were 110v, so my hair straightener didn’t heat well and I had to go to a work meeting with my hair looking terrible. Also, the room was cold and we asked for a heater. First they brought us a heater with a broken plug, then they changed it and brought another one that didn’t work.

Good amenities, modern well equipped hotel. Very helpful staff- even though there was a language barrier (most staff spoke broken English) they were always ready to help. Many went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. Great breakfast spread and thr room service menu was delicious. All in all a great holiday at a great hotel.

The pool wasn't functional when we visited but the staff informed us right at the time of check in so this wasn't too much of an issue.

The hotel is quite new, the room and the bathroom are comfortable. Breakfast is ok, though the choice of salty food could be improved Best thing is the free-drink offered in the lobby since late afternoon. Gym is ok but quite small and often overcrowded No swimming pool

Wifi connection extremely bad, at least at highest floors The restaurant has limited choice A lot of noises during the day for building / restoring works, not really what you whish when resting or working in the room

keycards needed replacement multiple times, air conditioner didn't cool the room below 22 celcius, mosquito ridden gym, no tanning area and little outdoor lounging spaces but maybe that will be remedied when they add a pool

Location was good, breakfast has good variety and it is constantly being replenished. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Room feels modern and was a good size

Nothing really was wrong other that my wife found a cockroach in the bathroom which she quickly killed. The air conditioning was a bit tricky, sometimes very noisy but not cooling enough. Couldn't figure it out in the 3 days we were there.

Beautiful hotel, it feels new and well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful - one in particular (I think his name was Santiago?) helped me and my friend book massages near the hotel. The gym facilities were high quality. Easy location to get anywhere in Sao Paulo. There were also so many options during the breakfast, it made it hard to choose! Unreal value for money.

Nothing I can think of - everything was great.

We ver much liked Barman / Waiter Ricardo, who made our stay really by being pleasant, smiling, trying hard with his English, and making a couple of great cocktails for us. The foyer and restaurant were styled well, wirh some Japanese influence. The room was good, but the bed seemed a little old. Excellent shower water pressure and some nice L'Occitane toiletries. The breakfast was good, but the dinner at the restaurant was not as good as expected, but better than most hotel restaurants we stayed at throughout Brazil. Out of Centro, we were happy with the quieter location, a 10 minute walk to some shops and restaurants and a 10 minute taxi ride to Centro. A very good hotel at a good price.

We were disappointed the pool was not in operation during our stay. The reception staff were a little matter of fact, but efficient; and a big and tall waiter/barman was unfortunately quite grumpy to the point of being rude to us, snapping at us and banging condiments on our dinner table - hope he was just having a bad day, because this hotel is pleasant and good value.

Breakfast was wonderful and the room was clean. It's a basic, functional hotel. It can be a bit noisy from the construction and the interior courtyard, so make sure to ask for a quiet room if needed.

Restaurant staff do not speak English - at least the ones who served me. It took a while to get the menu in English for lunch - the waitress did not understand what I wanted, and then ordering drinks had to be done with the assistance of a receptionist. I was just ordering a coffee with milk and orange juice, and I even tried ordering these in Spanish. For the dishes, I was able to point on the menu to what I wanted. I would have appreciated getting more information from the reception when I checked in - internet code, fitness club, etc.

Front desk staff are fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Very clean and comfortable. Soft pillows. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Gym facility was great.

No outdoor pool. Towels are well used and not soft.

Amazing stay. Would definitely come back in the future. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they gave us a gift at check-in for Easter that we absolutely loved. They also gave directions to find the shopping mall that is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The area is super safe and clean. We walked back from the mall after sunset and felt secure in getting back to the hotel. The breakfast is exactly as pictured in their pictures. It has a large selection and stays open from 6 to 1030. Food stayed warm and is changed out. The shower had the best water pressure I've ever had at a hotel. The rooms and hotel are very nicely styled and modern. They have fresh water, iced tea, and hot tea near reception as well. They even gave a gift when checking out. The wi-fi is 9/10. I work from home and needed to work in the hotel for a day. I had no issues the entire day and was able to join a meeting with no interruptions and the internet never fell. Absolute best hotel wi-fi I've ever had. I gave it a 9 because I could tell it wasn't as fast as a household internet service. I only had med. sized files to download so I'm not sure how it would stand up for upload/larger files. Would probably just take longer to load large files which is just something to keep in mind.

Things to be aware of: the toilet water pressure wasn't the best. Not sure if it was only our room or not. We didn't complain bc our stay was short and everything did go away after 3 flushes. Also the AC - the air conditioning is great but doesn't release very strong. This is good at night but if you've been out in the heat and want to turn it up to cool down it's not the best.
