The breakfast is amazing, many options of fruits, cheese, eggs, they can make tapioca, there is pão de queijo, a variety of break and more. The staff from the restaurant is pleasant and always ready. The restaurant is also good for having other meals. The swimming pool is amazing. I am short and I could stand up with my head outside (it's 1m30cm) and I could swim and do my exercises in the pool.

The place was not soundproof. I could hear a lot from the apartment on the 3rd floor, I was in the 2nd. The gym was closed, but they had an alternative nearby for people to take a voucher and workout there. There are 15 floors and the elevator can take some time to arrive.

Amazing food, great breakfast! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there for just one night betweeen flights and the location was perfect! RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE airport, they offer back and forth transfer without cost so that was key point on choosing it.

The hotel is outdated, not nice for family vacation since it is not that close to the beach (you can walk but it is far). Vitoria is not a safe city to walk around. Beds are a bit bumpy (old mattress) and the pillows are hard…

Breakfast was good. Need to improve with more selection including some vegetarian dishes. Hotel location is very convenient from the airport as well as beach area plus the surrounding neighborhood is very quiet.

The laundry cost 300 reais for a very small load. My partner and I had dinner at the hotel one night and the Picanha I ordered was expensive and was cold by the time it arrived.

Excellent breakfast as usual, having stayed at this facility multiple times over the past 10 years. Close to the airport with free courtesy service.

They have certainly increased the prices recently as have all other hotels. Probably making up for lost revenue during COVID and of course the inflation curse.

We were traveling and wanted to stay for one night to avoid driving overnight. This was a great option as it was close to the Airport, very comfortable and at a fair value.

I thought they lacked English speaking personnel especially since they are located at the airport. Room and bed size were very nice but bed was extremely hard and had the sound of crinkled plastic every time you moved. pool looked absolutely amazing! breakfast was a great selection.

Service is great, breakfast is fantastic, well located, the bar is excellent and stocked with top shelf liquors. The jacuzzi is what my body needs after 18 hours of travel.
