I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which had a complimentary airport shuttle and breakfast. The shuttle service to and from the airport was the best perk for me, especially since I was arriving solo as a female. Since I was not going back to the airport, I was able to transfer the credit to pick up my husband, who joined me a day later. I appreciated the hot water, good Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, and my room was clean and comfortable. Having the massage spa upstairs and a department store downstairs was a bonus. I would highly recommend staying here if you like having a lot of services situated in one place!

The pool was a bit confusing to get to, and the hotel gym did not meet expectations. The cable machines needed maintenance, and the barbells were rusty (which is probably inevitable with the weather). I would only recommend using the dumbells. While it was functional and served its purpose of providing a quick workout, it didn’t meet expectations compared to the rest of the hotel.

Apartment is spacious. It has washing machine, dryer and oven. 2 bathrooms though 1 bathroom lack some of the toiletries. Very cold AC. 3 single beds. 2 rooms. Good wifi

TV is useless; you cant watch anything Drainage in the 2nd bathroom and washing machine smells sewage. 1 bathroom lack some of the toiletries. First lady/service maintance who cleaned the apartment is terrific; 2nd day ( I think it was the guy), did not clean the apartment. Just folded the comforter. I see some hairs in my bed. Plates and glasses were not cleaned.

Its really recommended for value of money..near the airport..and they have facility for pick and drop off . All staf are very friendly and helpful, from customer service , driver and even manager hotel very kind and good hospitality.

Situation in hotel restaurant dont have privacy because its same floor with other tenant .

The room is big and comfortable. The air conditioner is also good and cold. The room is very clean and the rooms are protected by a sliding door that can only be open with room card. The TV channels are good too (not RTB only channel)

There was no shampoo provided and dry tissue. Waited a bit of time to check out than any regular check out from any other hotel.

About front counter of wafa hotel supposed to be at lobby hotel, so it make easy for hotel guests to check -in and for asking anything..but at wafa hotel we have to go at level 3 to communicate especially to check-in and etc , car park very limited for hotel guests , limited times for swimming pool area at 6pm closed , about tv channel..no entertainment tv channel like HBO , MTV , CARTOON NETWORKS and etc.

Check in and check out was smooth, very helpful frontdesk. fulfilling breakfast, plenty of choices. the room was spacious, comfortable, toilet was great, love the iron and iron boards ready in the room!

I can hear people from outside my room/ next door, entrance to hotel was a bit confusing as i checked in after business hours (of the other shop in the building)

PLEASE CHECK THE SIGNAL / CONNECTION OF THE WIFI EVERY ROOMS BEFORE GUESTS CHECK IN / COME. BECAUSE WHEN MY FAMILY AND I CHECK IN LAST TIME THE WIFI CANNOT CONNECT TO OUR GADGET. THERE IS NO CONNECTION. THANK YOU OF YOUR ATTENTION.

Soft pillow&bed and Dryer in the apartment.

1-Expect at least facilities with plates/spoon/forks as minimum. 2-Sliding door type both for small room in apartment/toilet not so ease to slide.

1) The big and clean bedroom that comes with ironing board and iron. 2) Very nice and friendly staff. Quick to respond.

1) Access to swimming pool. I just wish it's a direct route from the hotel and hidden well away from the shopping area. Also, the lift that takes you to the swimming pool is dirty and weird smelling. 2) The doors in the swimming pool changing area are tilted, so they wouldn't shut. 3) The water park needs maintenance and thorough cleaning.

The money that we paid was worth the price.The location is fine as well.All in all we have a good stay.

Just want to add up about the toilet need to clean but it's fine though.
