My colleague and I found that the hotel was located in the walkable range to the historical area of Bundar Seri Begawan, which is great for us to walk and do sightseeing delightfully. Also, the hotel was surrounded by local restaurants and a coin laundry shop, good for us that need to do laundry on the trip. We also liked how it located close to main road and village area, so we could explore local shops too. It is needed to mention that staffs is polite, helpful, lively, and great in English communication.

Although the hotel had provided great services, some concerns had occurred while we were in the hotel. First, the wifi, which we need for writing report, communication, and planing things, was unsteady all the time, sorry but it was quite irretating. Second, the breakfast buffet would be more appreciated if it had been more reheated, and more flavoured, comparing to local restaurants. We believe that these points can be improved for their great representation.

At the reception and in the room, there are lists of fines for any damage or staining of things, but neither the bedding nor the furniture are in perfect condition, so you need to check everything and inform the service staff if you find any damage, so that there are no problems when returning the rooms. A deposit is required at check-in, although this is not mentioned when booking the rooms.

- Receptionist is good nature. When I want to pay using my debit card, the machine decline. But because our cash BND a limited and the money changer already close, the receptionist offer us to paid the room using Cash BND & deposit using cash MYR. Then it settle just like that 🤭 - I love our room, we got the 3rd floor and have prayer room there - TV got a problem, call the receptionist & the maintenance came immideately to solve it - toiletry is complete & we love it - a hearty breakfast. Have fried rice, fried meehoon, veges, fish fillet ala Thai, popiah goreng, pisang goreng, boiled egg, tomyam soup, porridge, bread with 3 type spread, egg sandwich, 2 type cereal, hot water & juice, and 2 type fruits. We have our breakfast for 1 hour 🤣 - Ambiance good

Breakfast was very meh. Drinks need to be improved. Front counter staff needs more training especially in handling phone calls and customer service response & pleasantries. Having to give a cash deposit upon check in. Toilet is a bit dark. No full length mirror. Drinking bottled water is NOT good (read the label). Those with sensitive throat should avoid.

Wifi was baf esp for a business we cannot use our computr n even ph was slow. We orderef ice bucket for our drunks in the room n they said tgey dont have . Than the fridge nect day was so hot and when we ordered ice for our soft drinks they charge us. First hotel in the ehole wide world has charge us for ice. Overall room was ok.

The hotel is near to many restaurant and cafes. And the staff was so kind and helpful, you can leave your luggage is you arrive early and even when you checkout early. The room was clean, everything I need was provided and even the yummy breakfast too! Will definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean, with fresh linens and spotless surfaces. The bathroom was well-maintained and hygienic. The bed was soft and comfortable, with cozy pillows and blankets. The room had a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

We didnt get any bellboy to help us with the luggage. Im not sure if they didn't provide only to us or to other guest as well. so we bring the trolley ourselves up to our room.

Extremely popular hotel, great location near the shopping precinct. Rooms were very comfortable and good sized.

The TV could barely work and only had local channels which were more for local Malay speaking viewers.
