The property is centrally located in BSB. Please check with the hotel on booking that you will have a newly renovated room, as per booking photo. We checked in late at night and were disappointed with the room but on querying the following morning, we were moved to a new room which was what we had booked. The staff are helpful and lovely and we are in both the main restaurant and Indian restaurant and both are very good.

Just ensure you have a renovated room. Old rooms are dingy and ours had many issues but we were moved to the room we had booked, as per photo.

This is the most ideal and comfortable hotel in Bandar Seri Begawan. I stayed here for 2 nights, with one whole day in the capital, and managed to see most attractions in the city, including the mosque, Royal Regalia Museum and the port station to go to Kampong Ayer. The staff are super friendly and will give you the best advice on how to get the best out of Brunei. Also if you love hiking, Tasek Lama is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Depending on your booking as well, there's a shuttle service to Gadong Night Market, which is a must!

The rooms were very comfortable but the highlight was the service. It was up there with the best in the world. Each staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. They patiently took time to make comprehensive recommendations for local transport, food and sightseeing and to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would love to stay there again.

The decor was a bit dated. The restaurant was comparatively expensive however the food was high quality and the service there was also amazing.

It is about a ten minute drive from the airport which suited us as we were on a short layover. They have 24 hr room service which was great. The staff at reception are super helpful and friendly. They have water filters in the corridor and it was the first time I saw one which has an option for sparkling water! The kettle took ages to boil water. I probably should have just taken hot water from the filter. We didn't have much time to do anything except eat and sleep before catching our next flight out in the morning but I did get to have sahur at 4am sent to my room, with rice, chicken, fish, vegetables, fruit and cake.

Nothing really, but the carpet is a bit dated.

We had a fun and relaxing holiday in Brunei thanks to the staff of the Radisson Hotel, most especially our driver, Amin; as well as Naj, Arlyn, Munish, Margie and Muhammad, who helped us with breakfast; and Suryana, Myrsan and Shafiqah who took care of us at dinner. The food was great, the service was exemplary, and our overall experience has been worry-free and memorable (and the beds are the comfiest ever!). We wish the staff all the best for the future. Keep up the good work!

Given the limited options for well-known hotels in Brunei, the Radisson Hotel stands out. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the reception staff did an excellent job. The hotel does seem a bit aged, and there was a notice near the lift indicating that renovations are ongoing on the second floor. I hope to see more modern rooms on our next visit. The location is very good, as it is near Regalia Museum and other mosques within walking distance. You can use the "Dart" mobile app to book airport transfers and other local transportation. For sightseeing, two to three days is more than enough in Brunei.

Breakfast could be improved, but overall it was decent, with a good variety of options. I did notice that the kids' pool wasn't as clean as the main pool; however, my daughter enjoyed the main pool. The most disappointing aspect was the toilet in our room (408). The toilet bowl appeared damaged; at first, we thought it was an issue with flushing, but after trying several times, I realized it was the damage itself.

Perhaps the best hotel for first-timers to Brunei. We were worried about the availability of cabs in Brunei after reading about the lack of taxis in Brunei on the net. Still, the hotel arranged for a nice Mazda sedan for a very reasonable price. We had the option of paying extra for a very early check-in at 0900 in the morning, but the gentlemen at the reception provided us with various options to spend our limited time in Brunei. The symbol of Brunei, Saifuddien mosque is only 12 minutes walk from the hotel and the royal regalia museum is in front of the hotel. You can withdraw money, eat, and escape the heat at the Yayasan shopping center near the mosque. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant is open from morning to night. You can book all tours from the hotel. Thanks to Ziman, who arranged a nice tour of Kampong Ayer for us. Thanks to Mr. Eros for a smooth check-in. Also, thanks to everyone at the restaurant for a lovely breakfast and cakes in the afternoon.

Nothing to dislike here.

The hotel has a good location, although not very central, but with easy access to the city center. Also close to the airport. The room was spacious, but the furniture a bit old. What i really liked was the fact that they offered water - there was an appliance providing water on the hallway. I had breakfast one morning (paid extra), and it was good, with lots of choices, 2 cooks (one for eggs and one preparing Indian dishes). There is also a very good Indian restaurant inside the hotel, where one can have dinner, which is delicious. The staff is really amazing, very kind, friendly and helpful. In fact, in Brunei i met the kindest people from all over the world! I tried also the SPA at the hotel and it was an excellent experience. Totally recommend it!

The furniture, which is a bit old.

Good location relatively walkable to the waterfront (just the humidity makes it less walkable). Staff was so kind. I also really like how they have a water station to refill with water of varying temperatures (super hot to ice cold). Makes it easy to access and never have to worry about not having enough water

I had some bugs in my room, no big deal as it could just be with the doors opening and closing and noticed some of the pillow covers weren’t super clean

Staff and Bruneian people are really friendly and helpful. I never felt unsafe walking around. Only the extreme heat and humidity which is much worse than in Singapore makes it hard to walk around.

They had always the same background sound playing over and over and over again. I could even hear it in my room. I told the receptionist to change this once in a while... Also I had one full day of diarrhea. I only ate at the Radisson restaurant itself since there is nothing really around I could have gone to. So please be careful with salads, fried noodles etc. Aa I said even at the Radisson own Restaurant itself. Otherwise the food there is very tasty but not always suits our stomach. The Radisson itself also really needs a face-lift. Rooms are old fashioned and not nowadays standard anymore.
