It had everything we needed

I booked the property because it had a pool and it was not working

Large, clean room. Rather sparse, but absolutely fine for my purposes. Very convenient for drivers at the end of a major road. Shops, restaurants and an ATM within a short walk too.

I was hoping to be able to use the pool, but chose not to because of the unappetising green tint. It was not clear whether this was algae on the tiles, or in the water.

I loved this place so much! Free airport pick-up and drop off which was amazing even though I was arriving at almost midnight. The room is huge with desks and sofa and very large bathroom. Very clean and comfortable, all the staff are super friendly. Just a short walk from the city centre. There is a supermarket just behind the hotel along with an area with some shops and restaurants.

A comfy hotel, big hotel room not far from main points if interest in Bandar Seri Begawan. Nice staff and easy to navigate to. They supply water, tea, coffee and cosmetics.

- room was kind of dark - toilet flush was faulty on my arrival - sadly no breakfast options included - I was only given 1 key card When removed from electrical slot it turned 'do not disturb' request off

Very friendly and helpful staff! They even helped me arrange a last-minute tour to the national park (I was lucky this worked out). Clean, spacious room. Could walk to the city centre. Transport to and from airport provided. Supermarket behind hotel, and restaurant in hotel. Enjoyed my stay!

Though main room was very spacious, bathroom layout was a bit cramped in terms of arrangement of shower door/ interior wall/toilet

Proximity to my business location at airport, very friendly and helpful staff, supermarkets 2 walking minutes away. Airport shuttle even with very late arrival.

Booking of different room. Since i selected the promo room. The promo picture of the room mislead the the actual room. But the hotel give the best solution for the booking. Feel great for the solution and helpful of the staff. They provided the best room with double queen bed for the us.. very comfy n great for 1 family room of 4 person thanks !!! Will stay there again !! Supermarket n restaurants in walking distance .

Parking lot for hotel guest. Limited space. Maybe because of the event on that day i stay

Shuttle bus was good, hotel was overall quite nice inside. Rooms are decent. Located near a supermarket and places to eat.

Was a 1.5km + walk to the main attractions but not an issue for us but maybe for some. However were closer to areas you may not normally explore. Shower design made it flood the bathroom.

The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to everything and close to restaurants and shopping. The pool was lovely after a hot day out. The staff were fabulous. So helpful and always very friendly and interested in what we’d been seeing.

From the price and services, the value was worth it. The hotel has been my go to for staycation and I was always happy with the service provided. I even got a mini panic when I forgot to bring my phone charger after checking out. They managed to locate it and keep it safe until I went back to collect it.

There were too much magazines for the room size. I saw a few on the table top on the wall but I also found more inside the table near the bed. The menu for the restaurant service were also in dire need for a change. It does not spoiled the mood or my overall stay however, I would like to highlight for your future reference.
