Absolutely stunning place to stay! The room is beautiful, we had access to the balcony. The bed, although it was two twin beds together, had one big mattress on top, which was super comfortable, the bed was huge. Best sleep in Bulgaria guaranteed! The garden with a stream made the atmosphere of the place magical. The staff was very friendly. Beautiful surroundings as well!

Value for money hotel at the Panitsite ( start of trail to Balkan Mts/ Botev Peak ). Comfortable for hikers. Spacious room for hikers. We asked for a late check in and the recepttionist waited for us. Much obliged. Parking lot just oposite of the hotel.

The location is beautiful, a step from the river. The room was very clean. The area is quiet and the views are stunning. The owner was very smily and nice and breakfast was fresh.

I think we could have used some more tourist information in English as the Google information about the area is outdated and lacking.

The location of the hotel is great - only 2 mins walk from the start of the mountain routes. The garden is really beautiful as the river passes by its border. The area is very calm and you are surrounded by nature.

The facilities were a bit old but it was ok. As we had to go really early in the morning we ask the staff to prepare some breakfast to go for us. It was a bit simple but I guess if you are really hungry it would be fine.

Beautiful place, beautiful building, nearby many trails for nature walks. Wonderful gazebos for evening gatherings. Very hospitable and friendly managers.

The drainage of water in the shower was very poor. Dark room in the stalls. Not enough lighting, not enough hooks for clothes. There are no shelves for accessories in the bathroom. In such a beautiful place I would like a really hot breakfast. In general, I would like to live in such a beautiful place for a week. But it is impossible to sit comfortably in a room on the ground floor. There is no way to place things. Very cramped.

At check in, I had to wander around and talk to the only other guest to find someone. Not good after a long day on the road
