Pool was great - clean and maintained. Staff were smiling and welcoming. Location was perfect - right at the start of the main street and very close to the south beach. Easy to reach all desirable destinations from this hotel. Front door is secure after 23:30 you can enter only with key. Reception was very informative and helpful. Restaurant has tables by the pool and is clean and pleasant. Balcony was very spacious and view was good.

Breakfast was not very good. The staff cleaned every day - yet cobwebs remained in the corners - the rest of the room was clean though. There was a very noisy ventilation shaft right next to the hall window - bad luck that our room was right next to that window. Also room was on the smallish side.

Staff was friendly and helpful, Hotel near the main shops and restaurants and not far from the South Beach and a train over the road to take you to Primorsko for 7 levs

Very nice pool, spacious pool for the kids, free towels; very nice location. The room was spacious and tidy.

The breakfast was ok, not impressive. The restaurant food was not good. Just before our son to got sick and the rain to start again i paid for 1 more night, but next day i asked if they give back some of the money. We left on Monday 2nd of September so we had 3 nights left and the receptionist said they charge 1 night and the night i paid to stay more will be refund or they can give me a coupon for 2 nighs in this hotel, but i told them we have 3 nights left not 2, but i was ignored.
