- the hotel has a private beach, you can go only by walk on a paved road until you descend some stairs, pass the Belvedere umbrellas (Belvedere is another hotel, more expensive than Jeravi, in the group Alexandria). In total its 500-800m, it was ok with a 2 year old, but for those with strollers and small babies, you need to take into consideration the climbing of the stairs with them. The sunbeds are not few, but not too many, it depends on your luck. We found a set of 2 every day when we arrived at around 10-11am. - the food was like in other 4 stars hotel of all inclusive, nothing to complain about, except some lasagna which was not good for my stomach. They also have around 3 types of food choice for vegetarian/on diet people. The drinks are a bit better quality than other that I had in other hotels. - the sunbeds on the pool were somewhat sufficient, we found a set of 2 at 4-5pm every day. - the area is quite nice and calm, after the party (disco every night of the hotel) finishes around 23.00 it is absolutely quiet. The noise from the party is not that loud, depending on what you are used to and if you close the window, you don't hear anything. This is the adult night entertainment they have, it's at the bar in the garden. They have another bar in the lobby. - I liked that I didn't hear noise from the other rooms at all. - the room was clean, with a mini-fridge working properly, the towels were changed daily. - they have a pretty nice size backgarden which connects the fun area of the kids with the back of the parking, where there is a stage setup for kids entertainment every evening. They only talk in Bulgarian, German and I guess Polish. - there is a small room for entertainment in the hotel, but it's kind of empty. - the pool was nice and clean, it would have been better to be a bit warmer, but it was bearable. - the city center with all kind of entertaining machines is around 1km by foot or car.

- a bit more staff that cleaned the tables. They were very active, but not enoght for the volume. - a bit more fruits available and the snack options to vary a bit more.

Everything was great. The room size is good, stuff is friendly, very good place if you are with kids, they will have many things to do. The beach is not very far from the hotel with umbrellas and sunbeds for the guests.

The only comment i want to place here for improvement is about the sunbeds around the pool. However there is a sign for guest to not reserve sunbeds around the pool, no one is really following up. You can see a lot of reserved sunbeds and if you are a little bit late or want to use the pool in the afternoon, you won't find a free one.

I've stayed at this hotel before, so, obviously wouldn't return unless I liked it. It is 4* but a good 4*. The reception staff were very good and the check in / out was very quick. The food is good and plenty of choice. And the staff in the restaurant were very attentive. Replenishing of the dishes was excellent. The size of the room was good with lovely pool / sea view. Car park and safe both free as I mentioned in previous review.

The safe was at the bottom of the wardrobe. Every time I wanted to use it I literally had to get on my hands and knees. I liked the room but some of the furniture wasn't very good. A plastic chair and some kind of fold up bed.

The room, facing the pool and the sea. The shady and breezy bar by the pool. Excellent food. Two parking lots on both sides of the hotel, with plenty of parking spots. Perla beach, which is about 4 km from the hotel, is worth visiting if you come by car. Wide, sandy, with shallow waters, surrounded by dunes and forests with no buildings in proximity, still very well maintained.

Friendly and responsive staff, good food, convenient pool in the hotel. We had a custom request for a birthday cake, which was taken care of perfectly! Parking is also good, next to the hotel, plenty of space. Rooms are spacious. It was very clean and all our needs we contacted the staff for were served! Thank you!

The standard doesn't correspond to 4 stars, when it comes to rooms, the all inclusive food and drinks. The food is good, but you can feel the cost efficiency and savings made. Sofa extendable beds need some improvement, they're ok for kids, but an adult will struggle sleeping on them.

Everything was great. The staff was attentive and friendly; the food was excellent. I will definitely go again.

So often I have stayed at a place that want extra money for car parking or using the safe. But not at this hotel, these things were included. In fact although the hotel was very busy we found it easy to park. Unlike other similar hotels in Primorski that simply say no parking available. I have to mention the staff who all seemed very hard working and dedicated. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff to the bar staff Hristo and Georgi.

I would like to thank all the staff working very much. We were very pleased with the service, interest and friendliness. All of my expectations were more than met
