The hotel was clean. I love the finishing touches around the hotel. I love the location and the city view. I love the little messages on the mirrors.

While most staff were great, my daughter complaint about the housekeeping staff who came to clean our apartment while we were out and she felt really uncomfortable because the ladies kept sighing, grunting and shaking their heads and obviously speaking in their language. The breakfast was ok but could do with a change around every two days. The breakfast became boring after the second day. Maybe consider having two or three different menus for breakfast.

It had nicely coloured modern finishes, clean rooms and satisfielable morning breakfast. The location was also great to explore Ruse as a tourist.

The Spa centre wasn't included in hotel booking:(

The hotel is new and it is situated in the most convenient location. Really, it will not be easy to find anything that does not meet your expectation - from the room setup, hygiene, good service... Certainly, my choise by far for a Ruse stay

The only tricky part is that it blends with the attached building around it, so it is very easy to miss it if you don't know where to look. Also, parking could be challenging at times. Other than that, it is a fantastic place to stay

+ The staff was friendly and helpful, 10/10. + The rooms were as in the pictures and the windows had insect nets so we could keep the windows open whenever. They also have good blackout curtains and you can rest well. They also have a mini-fridge that you can use. 9/10 + The breakfast was good, very tasty and with sufficient options, if a bit crowded. 9/10

- The hotel is near some clubs and there was a lot of loud music. It stopped around 1AM, but it's not for the light-sleepers. 7/10 - I also would have loved the room to be cleaner in the small details (the carpet and decorative pillows were stained and the shower cabin had limestone on the margins, the second room rented had issues with the closing mechanism for the shower cabin), but the bed linen and towels were impeccable, and the room Was clean where it counted the most. We did not try to change the rooms, as we stayed only one night. 8/10

Excellent location, comfortable bed.

A bit smelling on the mould in the room. The room for breakfast is on the last floor, actually the penthouse. There's no elevator up there. Only stairs 1 floor above the last floor where the elevator will take you. The pastry should be fresh, and the breakfast assortment to be a bit different every day.

The hotel was really nice and clean. We arrived at 2 am and they left us the key code for the entrance and card for out room. We were able to park right in front and we gave them money to pay for the parking in the morning. There is no parking at the hotel but you can park on the street. The breakfast was very good and the staff was really nice and polite.

Although I specified we need a double bed, there were 2 twins, but thankfully we were able to put them together, since it would have been impossible to sleep with a small baby on a single bed. The room was a bit small but for one night, it was sufficient.

Excellent location in the center of Ruse. Large and clean rooms, comfortable bed. The girl from the reception was very nice and was speaking a very good english. If you have trouble sleeping you have to ask for a quite room(if possible). Being near the promenade area we could hear all noises from the outside.

Proximity to the main center. Nice and friendly staff. Wonderful housekeeping services.

After 11 there is no one at the front desk. Might not be an issue to some but it is important to know.if you leave the hotel after 11 remember the code on the key card holder so that you can get in safely.bring that with you always.

Fantastic location, walking distance from any central point, great that they have elevator, really helpful staff, nice design, and overall, comfy. Would use the location again without any comments. Just maybe would try and avoid paying for breakfast there.

Breakfast was to say at least weird. I strongly suggest that they reevaluate what they offer on the table to tourists of all ages. Also, do not expect the parking sports to be free. Nonetheless, we were able to easily find a free spot nearby, at acceptable distance - so this was not the pain for us. Rooms also somewhat small, but good enough from our end.

New, comfortable hotel, at great location. Staff is very polite, rooms are nicely furnished with everything needed. Breakfast is pretty good. It was a surprising gesture to have complementary bottle of water in the room, especially in a hot summer day. Room is quiet, despite the central location.

The shower was awful, I would recommend to change it with not so cheap one.
