The food was nice and varied. There is something for everyone. The room was spacious. Even though it was almost the end of the season, they weren't messing around. We loved it!

Every day I begged the maid to clean the floor and take out the trash by 1:30 p.m., because then the child would go to sleep. One day I even took the broom and mop and I cleaned. She was very lazy. He would put garbage bags at my door and not take the full ones, asking me not to leave them in the hallway. A big minus is that there are no mosquito nets, and the air conditioners blow right into the bed. There are mosquitoes, flies, moths, ants, even centipedes and everything gets into the room if the door is not closed. We got bitten a lot.

Beach 10/10, view 10/10, room 9/10 We will come back for this.

Food 4/10 - very basic compared to other hotels in Bulgaria. We had an incident in the parking lot, a Bulgarian national damaged our windshield wipers and put a tyre on our car, because we removed it, as he put there to reserve a free parking spot. Reception does not offer any information about hotel, parking etc., you have to ask even for directions to the room when you check in.

It was clean and many of the staff appointed for cleaning. Food was quite good.

It was a struggle with finding something to eat for our kid. They didn t serve a kids buffet with chicken nuggets, shnitzel and easy to eat food. There were a few days when we found chicken shnitzel.

The room was excellent, big and comfortable. Every day cleaning of the room, we recieved new towels when we asked for. The food was modest but decent/decent but modest. Excellent beach for our 2 years old daughter.

You should do something with those customers who keep the sunbeds from the pool occupied 24/7 (non stop, day and night). You should ask your customer to take the towels from the sunbeds at the end of the day. It’a really unpleasent to see how some people take in posesion the sunbeds from first day to the last day of their vacation. You should also provide free sunbeds on the beach. I would have expected to have free sunbed at the beach in front of the hotel.

Great view, you can see the sea from everywhere, and the sea is very clean. Everything is clean and well maintained. The food is good, and various. If you need a place where you want to relax this is the place. You have everything you need, you don't even need to go out of the complex. They have a restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. At the pool you have drinks, ice cream, burgers, kebab, snacks almost all day. You have a bar under the restaurant where you can find pancakes, cakes, coffee and drinks. You can also find drinks and coffee at reception. The room is big, with a balcony and a great sea view. The bed is really huge and comfortable.

The wi-fi signal is low, but that is not something i really care about.

The hotel is clean with big rooms and nice pools. There are places where kids can play and staff is nice. There is a disco for kids (with staff), 2 baby pools with sliders and a play room.

They should doo a "greek night" "romanian night" "fish night" or whatever... The food was ok but every day it was + - the same. I've been to 4* hotels that were better than this one, no idea why it has 5*. You have to pay for a shezlong in the sand (the ones near the pool are free for use); this is inacceptable for a 5* hotel.

food choices looks like more with a canteen, instead 5* hotel. Cheap food mainly ( salami, cookies ,...) with couple exceptions ( rice with mussels, octopus bits with vegetables at launch), but ok if you have not big expectation

Great room, cleaned every day and comfortable. Lots of food. Cakes and drinks available from the lounge all day. Good breakfast selection. Ice cream and slushies at the pool. Activities for kids daily and a separate pool with slide and frame. Pool nice size and not cold. Right on the beach. Boat daily to Nessebar old town at extra price but a really nice day out. Pool towels included. 2 mini markets on site. Glamour restaurant situated by the pool and serves food 12-22.00 every day. Usually quieter than the main restaurant and serving slightly different foods. Burgers and pizzas available all day.

Not many English speaking staff makes communication difficult at times. No hangers in the wardrobes. Loungers on the beach do cost extra and towels left on the free loungers overnight all week as guests ‘claimed’ them meaning not so many spaces left. Book taxis in advance or try to agree a price first as expensive if you hail one.

Great location, spacious rooms, perfect beach, beautiful water, decent common spaces. Competent staff, good facilities.

Bad food for their classification. I recommend giving up UAI if you have to choose, and improove the quality of meals and the menus. Too many sauces, too much minced meat. Not enough salads/fruit/greenery. Bad deserts, though that is a problem for many Bulgarian resorts. HORRIBLE WINE, despite the UAI. Bad soft drinks at the pool bar.

Awesome big new clean room with everything needed. Great food and drinks. Nice indoor and outdoor restaurants. Great silent location just a few minutes by bus from Sunny Beach (if looking for an entertainment). In the resort you have basically everything what you need for your stay. It is the real paradise. I would recommend going there to everybody.

It is 5* hotel without any ATM at the place....There are big differences between the staff members. Half of them has been nice and helpful, but the other half has even looked like they are doing favor to us that they there. Simply put... lazy people, bothered by guests asking them something. Management of the hotel should put the manners of their people together if they want to be really 5* hotel.
