Everything was lovely: the room, the place, there's many many pools for all ages, the complex is very well thought out

When we arrived initially there was a guy that offered to take us from the reception to the room with a golf cart and we said sure why not! Then this soon as we arrived at the room he told us that it costs 5 BGN and had to pay him in cash for the 25 second ride. I didn't even mind the cost, I would have done it anyway for the experience with my daughter, but I found it to be scummy to not tell me in advance that this was something extra that he was gonna charge us for

Amazing location and is right next to beautiful, sandy beach, beautiful gardens with pomegranates, grapes and figs growing on the trees, lots of swimming pools to choose from, friendly staff.

Unfortunately no maintenance has been done in or around swimming pools. Lots of mosaic tiles came off and not replaced. I have had lots of deep cuts on my toes and feet with lots of blood and it took very long to heal. Many guests complained about the same issue. Very disappointing as it is not safe

Nice warm indoor pool when the weather is not great for the whole family. The food in the Italian restaurant is excellent. Lovely clean seaside. We stayed in the 2 bedrooms deluxe apartment which was amazing. Jacuzzi in the master bedroom.

No stove not even a microwave in the deluxe apartment. Only a kettle a few plates and cups. Very strange.

The complex is great. The pool area and access to the beach could not be improved. The beach is outstanding. I only used the Vista Bar, and taxi service. Both were excellent.

Kids in the Vista Bar. It has the most incredible view at sunset. Spoiled by "rugrats" charging around. The great value for money has made it accessible to some undesirable elements.

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival — everything we needed was readily available and easily accessible. The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three adults, and the bathroom featured both a shower and a bathtub in one. We were especially impressed by the lush vegetation, which added a beautiful and vibrant touch to the surroundings. The pool area was a highlight — clean, spacious, and perfect for both relaxation and fun. Whether lounging by the water or taking a refreshing dip, it offered a great way to unwind. The entertainment options were varied and enjoyable, with something for everyone, from live music to engaging activities that added a lively touch to our stay.

We loved staying at this complex. There were lots of pools to choose from and beautiful gardens. It's on a lovely beach with watersports. We mainly ate at the three restaurants on site. Our favourite was the fish restaurant overlooking the beach (which serves a lot more than fish). I loved the very large pork skewers, which were cooked on the barbecue. We got taxis to Sveti Vlas, the Marina and Sunny Beach on different occasions. The resort has their own taxis, which were very handy. We had a three bedroom apartment which was very spacious and clean. We would love to return sometime.

The gardens are very beautiful, i find it very relaxing to sit outside in the evenings. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The food was decent, and we could find things to enjoy at every meal. The beach is very clean and it doesn't get very crowded, the water was pretty clean and perfect for small children.

The furniture in the rooms is quite old, it needs some refurbishing. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, and we had to leave the ventilation running all the time. There was a big gap between the bathtub and the wall. It was impossible not to splash, and water went under the tub. There was another family with us, and they said that, at some point, the tiles from the bathroom wall just fell off, and also they had some stomach issues. We had no issue with the food, but we mainly sticked to familiar things.

Our car was longer in the service than expected, the free period to cancel/modify our booking for free has passed, so i called the hotel and explained the problem. They moved our booking for several days later without any additional costs. The accommodation is great. We stayed in a 4 star part, it was very clean and with very nice furniture. Has everything what you need for short or long stay and more. It had a washing machine, which we didn't expect, and when you have kids that is great. We liked the outdoor swimming pools and the beach. The small grocery shop is also great. Looking forward to come again!

It is a bit far from the centrum, but not too bad. The bus stop is in walking distance from the hotel. The sofa in the living room should be replaced.

Location is great, lots of pools, great for families

It's our third year and he's been at the interior pool all these years is very keen on respecting all the rules(no diving, supervised children, no big inflatables etc) which is ok until you learn that he doesn't respect the rules and closes the pool 20minutes before the displayed end hour (18). He does this everyday and it's a bir annoying, coming from such a Pool Nazi like him
