The Location was excellent and so were the hotel staff. This was my second time staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised that this time around they were offering massages. I had 2 sessions which helped a lot.

Well, my room did not have a television in it like the last time I stayed here. So, whenever I wanted to just relax in my room, I had to use my telephone to watch something otherwise I would have to stare at the wall. The Wi-Fi kept dropping so that was a little bit annoying. Also, for a couple of days there was repairs being made on the room next to mine and it got pretty noisy with the drilling.

Our first hotel for our first time in Praia and we could not have found a better location, the staff is very available and attentive.. the rooms are clean and do not contain more than necessary, the space is well arranged.. The service is really excellent, they provide taxis for airport shuttles and breakfast is included. We did comeback there for our last night in Praia before flying back home

The rooms and breakfast are very basic for the range of price but focus on the location and the accommodations around and most of all the Great staff

Very nice hotel, nice staff and great location in Praia. Good starting point for a Cabo vacation :) Definitely recommend the location.

Only one thing: Some flights arrive in Praia late night, after everything is closed. It would be great if the hotel could offer some refreshments: water, soda & beer. We were quite thirsty arriving at midnight. Had to wait until the next morning to get some water.

Praia Maria Boutique Hotel was very clean with rooms service every day. Also the shower was very nice and the location was super central and perfectly for a tourist stay. Many bars & cafes close by with live music every evening. The staff was helpful anytime.

It was a bit noisy in the evening and also in the morning (dogs started to bark at sunrise). Also you have to be aware, that the window leads to the inner communal hallway, which has an open roof at least for fresh air. We knew this, so we were fine with it!

It was in the center of Praia . Staff was very helpful and nice. They arranged the pick up from airport, money exchange, sim card. Breakfast was good , we had coffee , eggs, fresh fruit and bottle of water . Good value for money .

The sheets and the towels had some light stains which can be improved, the room had a window facing the hall from which you could hear people talk downstairs. Those are two points for improvement but not a deal breaker because all the rest and the staff were amazing!

BEST possible location. On the Plateau - the best part of the city. On the pedestrian street - the best street on the plateau AND at the best part of this street right by good restaurants and winderful live music. Remember that most rooms have windows facing inwards to a big common room but this gave no problems for me.

Nothing - except for dogs barking loudly at night

Just in the pedstrian street in front of casa katchupa. Big room for 2 adults and a kid. Always somebody at the reception. Their taxi driver Albert is always spot on time, even before time. The WIFI is great in the lobby, does not reach well the last rooms. Very practical for an overnight stop!

The interior design is beautiful, the Pousada is very clean and they take good care of it. The bed was huge! Staff are friendly, and it is really close to Taxi’s or Sucupira Mercado where you can get Aluguers.

It can be loud as it in central, and there are lots of restaurants around. At night there is some really nice live music at restaurant opposite. Not really a problem for me, but if you are sensitive to sound you might ask for a room at the back of the Pousada.

The room size; at least the one I stayed in was larger than I expected. It was clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like that I arrived to the hotel around noon and the room wasn’t ready. I really wanted to take a shower and relax for a few hours but couldn’t do that until about 15:00.

Great intro place to Praia, … As many other accommodations, they sent us a transport and got us in with our late night arrival. Location is right on the pedestrian way. Breakfast right across and was decent. Check in friendly and quick.

Not a negative … but time your sleep so you are up by 8-8:30. The central space has some people noise that echoed after that time.
