Our stay at Falucho paradise beach was nothing short of amazing. The property was exactly as advertised—clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located near the beach, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the stunning coastline. The staff truly made our experience unforgettable with their warmth and attentiveness, ensuring we felt cared for from the moment we arrived. The food was another highlight, with exceptional meals that exceeded our expectations. Breakfast, in particular, stood out for its variety, offering plenty of options to suit every preference.

The hotel pleasantly exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly, especially in the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fruit, egg omelette, other sweet baked goods every day. They have good chefs in the restaurant, so lunch or dinner can also be very good. The rooms are clean, large, pleasantly furnished and have air conditioning.

In fact, we loved everything. It didn't bother us that the electricity occasionally went out in the evenings, but the fun staff in the restaurant created a pleasant romantic atmosphere, so we didn't worry too much. I only have a comment about one of the bathrooms, where the shower cabin was in a bit of a shabby condition....

Gorgeous location, simple but perfectly adequate rooms. They have a nice beachside restaurant and beach chairs laid out on the black sand. They didn't have anyone checking in after us so VERY KINDLY let us stay longer in our room to enjoy the day :) Breakfast was very nice.

The patio door to our room wouldn't lock, apparently a previous guest broke it and they haven't repaired. Ultimately wasn't an issue, even with New Year festivities going on. They had security and we felt safe in the area, nevertheless it's not ideal to not be able to lock your room :/

The rooms are very big, confortable and with great sea views. The hotel is a bit old fashioned but this is part of the charm. The food is very good and the location on the beach where it is served very nice. The staff is great. The beach in front of the hotel is great for walking and swimming.

The bathroom accessories needs refurbishment. Specially in a place where water is precious.

beautiful hotel with huge room and balcony, very nice beach and pool area with sunbeds, showers. friendly and welcoming staff, nice restaurant, good value. hotel is built on a big rock. pools were cleaned regularly, everything clean in general.

There were two little monkeys tied to ropes in the restaurant area, which we found very concerning (in terms of animal wellfare).

Plenty of loungers by the pool and on the terrace. Very large room with good Wi-Fi, hot water, fridge and lovely balcony. The hosts were great, very helpful and friendly and spoke several languages including English. Extensive buffet style breakfast. Checkout at noon was later than most places which was helpful

The double bed was actually 2 single beds pushed together

The view from our room was so amazing. Our balcony wrapped around the whole room. We chose a room with AC (suites). The staff was wonderful. The restaurant staff kept our drinks flowing. Steps from the black sand beach. The second restaurant is walking distance or you can get taxi for about 60 cents

There was a blackout that lasted about 30 min. It wasn’t bad as there was some lighting around the property. We used that time to sit on the balcony and listen to sound of the waves and it was the most amazing part about the trip

Room is big with a terrace overlooking the wild sea and the black beach. They did their best to give the big room some atmosphere. There is a good restaurant along the sea at the beach. Take the stairs down to the beach. There will also breakfast be served. There is a guard, he is guarding over the hotel and the guests.

The shower cabin is small. The bathroom clinical. The hotel has not a cosey atmosphere, especially in the evening and night.

Very nice and confortable beach resort near a litte non tourist town at the quiet eastcoast of santiago. Nice helpfull staff. Great clean well maintained rooms. Beautyfull views from the restaurant a d rooms. nice and helpfull lady receptionist was the best english speaking person we met in cape verde. We loved the place.

Nice situation on volcanic dark sandy bay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant down on the beach. Enjoyed the pool and sunbathing. Only need to wait a few minutes for 40 cents aluguer up the steep hill into town. Room was spacious with a sea view balcony.

Having stayed before, I knew what to expect.
