Exceptional food and breakfast. The kindness of staff was a great plus. I was impressed with the professional commitment of the public relation staff.

Every year I come to CV I always stay here at Oasis Praiamar. I love the facilities and the staff. They are always welcoming, friendly, and go above and beyond with their customer service. It's in a great location and walking distance to 2 beaches and popular restaurants. It has a huge pool to catch some sun and for relaxation. They also offer day passes so you can use the pool as long as you consume a certain dollar amount in food and beverage. All of the staff are amazing! The lady and gentleman at the pool bar were great and make really good caipirinhas. They also have a diverse food menu there. Rosana is the public relations specialist and she is so amazing at her job! She came personally to my door to introduce herself and provide her business card and repeatedly checked on us throughout our stay. She provided her contact for whatsapp and was so easily accessible. She would respond within seconds for any of our inquiries. Not only were we able to check in early, but they allowed us to have an extended late check out to help accommodate our late night flight. They have such a large variety of breakfast food and drinks available, including made to order eggs. The dining areas and rooms are clean. They just repainted recently, so there is a little lingering smell of paint. You have a gorgeous view overlooking the water and beach when you dine at the cliff side restaurant. They came by and did turn down service at 6 pm, and housekeeping would leave cute decorations and real flowers around the room. My first time here was for my birthday 4 years ago, and I was on a solo trip. I came back from dinner to a small cake and the staff singing Happy Birthday to me. It was so special and I always enjoy my stays here.

There has been a significant increase in the room prices over the years. Not sure what has caused the increase, but I do wish the prices were more reasonable like they used to be. Hopefully, corporate will listen to this feedback. I also wish they would create some type of loyalty program for repeat customers.

This hotel is in a great location. It was a short drive from the airport and walking distance to two beaches and the city's lighthouse. Our room was large and clean. There's a great view from the restaurant.

The pool was fine, but we were disappointed that we couldn't see the ocean. Also, most of the staff was lovely, but one woman at the front desk was a bit rude and always seemed annoyed that we were talking to her.

The breakfast was excellent. Lunch and dinner were not served at the hotel. Pool was nice, but with not enough place in the shade. The replacement room we received, a junior suit was new and very nice.

The hotel lost our reservation, then they gave use a room that in really bad shape, no water in the toilet, water on the floor due to infiltration of the bathroom. "cafard in the room", I would say the room was not salubre, the personal presented in the same building but that has also water infiltation in the wall. Finally we were moved in the junior suite that was in an other building. The main issue with the junior suite was the music club with incredibly loud music during the weekend until 5 in the morning. (no possible to spleep, as the bass made the windows vibrate), the rest of the week was perfect in the junior suite. (wihout additional cost compared to our original resrevation)

The staffs were nice and always ready to help, especially Rosana was very helpful.

Maybe the gym equipments can be fixed.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel is nicely located, the pool is stunning, and the restaurants offer delicious food. The views from the bar are beautiful. My room was modern, clean, and comfortable.

The only minor drawback was that the gym's only exercise machine was out of order.

Clean and great location.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was their check out process. There was only one person doing the check out and it took forever. The person was not understanding that I had to be at the airport. I almost missed my flight. For this reason I probably wouldn’t stay there next time. The woman that checked me out was rude.

Our toilet wouldn’t flush. We called the man came but issue persisted. We ended up having to mess with the tank each time we needed to flush. That was very annoying. Also lots of bugs when you open the door. Very few inside the room however. They also have no face wash cloth just hand towels and regular towels

although an old complex, it is maintained quite well by the top-10 staff, from reception to arrival the staff was very friendly and eager to help us. Some rooms require serious repairs. The cleaning staff is very diligent. At breakfast the ladies were extraordinary, the food very good and varied! a successful vacation!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Oasis Praiamar. The room I had was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The view from my room was lovely. Their buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had. I love the large selection of fresh bread, fruit, fresh juices, and everything they had on the buffet. And the view from the dining area was gorgeous. I also liked that there were dining options within walking distance of the hotel. And a small beach below. I would stay here again.

I didn't like that the water in the shower was warm at best. I couldn't get real hot water from the shower.
