The location is fantastic- gorgeous views, very beautiful beach, quiet and a few nice bars/restaurants up and down. The bed was very comfy. A nice restaurant at the hotel and a big pool. Also helped us with our luggage from the pier.

Quite expensive but seems to be more expensive on this island and the location is definitely worth it. Some of the bungalows look a bit old and tired and the rooms could do with modernising a bit.

The perfect location on Long Set beach, a short walk from the Jetty. The beach in front of the property is perfect and spotless. The resort is private and relaxed with a great restaurant and bar but there are many other restaurants and bars nearby if you want to explore. We stayed for 8 nights so mixed it up. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sun beds and there are also sun beds in the shade on the beach. Our room/bungalow was cool and comfortable with a good air conditioner and a comfortable bed. There are many options for water activities or bike hire so we explored the island. We had everything we needed but our stay was made even better by the amazing staff. They were all so friendly and kind and delightful with our one year old granddaughter, often amusing her while we ate. Thanks to everyone and a special shout out to Mr Vannak, 'T' and Sey ha. who were wonderful. See you next year!

The beach is perfect. My room was comfortable. It was lacking a tv which is no big deal. I would say it could use some updating though. The service was excellent and I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast is good. The people work constantly cleaning up the grounds. I would definitely stay there again in the future. And wifi worked very well also.

The room looked a little tired. Could use some fresh paint and overall updating.

Location was perfect as in front of lovely beach and away from the noisy bars. Breakfast included which I thought was fine but my partner found too basic. Staff were lovely and the bungalows were comfy enough but not luxurious.

There were a lot of cockroaches in our bungalow although our friends in another bungalow did not have that problem. The staff did not address the issue and I had to request repellent spray to prevent them myself. Bungalows were OK, not luxurious but since we didn't spend much time in them it was not too much of an issue. The TV did not work and the fridge was just a mini-bar so was very small. There was no hair dryer and I was told they did not have any. However our friends had one in theirs so you would think they would find one for me! There was a nice pool but no loungers near it! Issues probably a bit pedantic and overall it was ok and would probably return.

The property was clean and in great condition. It is obvious that the property is well maintained and nothing was in disrepair. I stayed in one of the bungalows. The bungalow was very clean, comfortable, and maintained very well. I can’t comment on the hotel rooms as I didn’t stay in one. The hotel is located directly on the beach. The beach was clean and free of trash. The water was also very clean and free from any trash. The pool was nice to swim in after being on the beach. The on-site restaurant had a large selection of offerings and the food was prepared well. The staff were very friendly and professional. A short 2-4 minute walk and you had your choice of several restaurants and bars.

The gym was very basic but if you’re motivated and creative you can get a great workout anywhere.

Loved the location and resort itself set straight on the beach . Also the staff were very courteous and a great help being there at the pier waiting. Breakfast was good and what you'd want. Pool was fab too.

Although overall a great place the rooms were not fantastic, had quite afew mosquitos inside constantly. No safe for belongings and the front double door lock didnt feel that secure. Also no net curtains so you either have to let everyone see in who walk by or shut the curtains and its really dark if your inside. No garden furniture too for each room we had to almost share chairs.

The beach is excellent! The pier is a short walk away to catch ferries. The breakfast was better than I expected, good omelette station, fruit and a few other choices. The swimming pool looked clean, but we didn’t try it. The staff, Sovanh especially was helpful booking the early ferry we took, plus the bus we connected in Sihanoukville. The staff made us to go breakfast since we left at 6:15, that was nice. The rooms were decent too, the bed is comfortable, the A/C is good, hot water, kettle and fridge all worked. We paid $40(for the far back rooms),this seemed okay for what you get.

There’s not enough sun beds for the number of guests staying. The water was off for a few hours, the staff could have communicated to their guests what the issue was instead of saying nothing. Also, it would be nice if there was a 20 liter water jug to refill bottles from to save on plastic bottles. They have it in the kitchen, but you have to ask. Most people don’t know, so they keep buying bottles and adding to the problem.

The resort is the best value on the main beach of the island. The breakfasts are very good and the facilities are great. The pool is lovely right on the beach. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and you feel safe and relaxed. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay here.

There is some noise from the night spots nearby but it ends at a reasonable hour. If you want total peace and quiet probably better to go to a less popular area. We went for the first few days to do this and were glad we did as the main beach is very touristy and busy.

The location was great, situated on one of the best beaches on the island. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was satisfactory. The buffet breakfast was very good, with a great variety (though adding more fruit would be a nice touch). We really enjoyed our stay in the Scarlet Sails Bungalow and highly recommend it.

The music was often too loud, sometimes from other guests (the hotel allowed it) and sometimes from the hotel itself. There were also noisy construction works happening on the beach, which was disruptive.

Location is good, so green and comfortable in the resort. The staffs who was cashier’s restaurant at night was really nice. A good place for relaxing

The water was always so hot. That day we checked in, we came before 1 guy and the receptionist was busy with another guest, i was waiting then I came to checked when they were done, one of receptionist said I needed to wait for another guy ?? although we queued before?
