Sabara was a great experience and exactly what I was looking for in Siem Reap. After staying in a lot of cities on this trip, I knew I wanted to be a bit more removed from a busy city center, which can often be loud and hectic. This location was perfect because it allowed for a quiet place to relax after long days out exploring attractions, but there was always at least one tuk-tuk waiting outside the hotel for the quick ride into town. I got the same driver each time except for once, and he was always super friendly. Both tuk-tuk drivers were safe drivers, and dependable to pick me up for my return ride back to the hotel on the agreed upon time The food was good, including breakfast, which was a great and quick way to fuel up for the day. The pool was nice and relaxing. Room was very spacious and clean, including lots of closet space (for multiple guests), a big bathroom, and a balcony with a pool view, that also felt private with lots of lush plants around it. Staff was great, they set up airport pick-up and drop-off for me (including a last minute pick-up request the day of), as well as a very knowledgeable tour guide Kea Simon and a really great driver Vina San to Angkor Wat and Phnom Kulen National Park. After one long day in the heat that brought on a headache that would not go away, the front desk staff set me up with a massage in the hotel spa to cater specifically to address headache pain, and it worked! Staff throughout the hotel from front desk to spa and restaurant were so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Ms. Touche for always starting my day with a friendly smile and conversation (: , as well as Mr. Phanna, Mr. Try and Seangdy, and the many others whose name I didn't get.

We booked the triple room for a very affordable price, and the moment we arrived, we were greeted with welcome drinks and the reception staff graciously allowing us to check in much earlier than expected (10+am). The room itself was decently sized and all rooms were facing the middle courtyard area which had the pool and the pool bar. The compound wasn't that big, so the restaurant, massage area and front desk were all within 10m from each other. However, no complaints here as it was really easy to get from one place to another with ease. Free breakfast was also included and you could order anything (ala-carte) from the menu provided. They served American, continental and a bunch of other Asian dishes like porridge, noodles and rice. It was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast for all 3 mornings we were there. If you are also looking to hop onto a private tour to Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples, or just want to arrange a driver from one place to another, the hotel can also help you with that with very decent rates. We compared prices with Grab and the difference was negligible so we decided to go with the hotel. All in all, we would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Siem Reap. The location was not right in the town centre, but just a short tuk-tuk ride away from anywhere you wanna go (15 mins from Angkor Wat!).
The TV was really small and there were a few issues in receiving signals to watch international channels. The staff tried their best to help so it was all good, but we ended up just watching Netflix to make things easier for everyone.

STOP SEARCHING! If you're after a safe, clean, lovely boutique hotel in this price bracket. This is it! USD2 for a Tuk Tuk to Pub St, but just far enough out of the traffic to make it peaceful. The staff are soooo nice and helpful. The food is great, the rooms are fab, and the pool is superb. Most important, though; the beds are super comfy, and the shower has hot water! We were actually booked to spend a week elsewhere after 2 days here, but we left the other hotel and returned here as it's so nice! WiFi is strong.

Property is away from the crowded centre which is exactly why we had chosen it. It is well maintained and has a lot of greenery. Room and bathroom are quite spacious and are cleaned regularly. Breakfast set menu is good. It was great that breakfast boxes were arranged at 4am for our sunrise tour. Staff are polite and friendly.
There were two tiny lizards in the room near the mirror and the TV, they even crawled inside the cupboard. I guess this is natural in tropical areas but staying for 4 days staring at lizards was a little uncomfortable. Also, for the paid laundry service we had to self drop our clothes at reception, there wasn’t a laundry bag in the room on the second day and I had to ask twice to get one, the room cleaning service should provide a bag if pick up service is not available.

This hotel is off a good standard and for us was good value. The staff are very helpful and spoke good English. The food and service in the restaurant was very good and prices normal. The breakfast had varied choices and adequate to keep you going for the day. We checked out early and a packed breakfast was waiting for our departure. Location is away from the centre but quiet and close to the Airport and Ankor Wat. The pool was clean and had a comfortable, shaded rest area. Exceptional staff were Sela, Ponlouk, Rakyat, Sokla, Malis and Saret.
The beds were a bit soft for my liking and Asian norms. Some areas were in need of refurbishment such as the bedroom floor. ( probably delayed due to covid factors). We had a couple of water supply interruptions which I hope was temporary problem.

Hotel was smaller than we thought. Pool area was lovely, staff and food were lovely, room was fantastic, perfect for our family of 4, spacious and very comfortable. Definitely recommend staying. My niece who went on holidays with us said "wow, now are on holiday!" when she got to her room, bathrooms and rooms were really comfortable, modern and well presented.

The hotel is away from the noise and agitation of the city, which we really liked. The town centre is easily accessible by tuktuk and there are always drivers available in front of the hotel. The food is fantastic and we ate there every day. The facilities were great. Our room was bigger than we expected, the bed was comfortable and we immediately felt home. We booked an excursion from the hotel and it was excellent value for money. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone is so helpful, kind and professional. This included our driver, everybody at the reception desk, the restaurant manager who went over and beyond for us, Oeurm who was always welcoming us at breakfast and anyone we forgot.
There is nothing we didn't like. If I can add one thing, leaving a small net by the pool in the suites would not take away from the value of the room and would be quite practical.

Everything, the food was absolutely tasty. The staff were lovely, most especially Oerum. She is very interactive, doing above and beyond you can imagine for the service. The place is quiet, the bed is comfy. There is a BBQ every night, and the cocktails are amazing; they have a happy hour. The pools are nice, too. The location is a bit far from the city center, but don't worry; tuk-tuks are readily available at a cheap price. Also, please visit the small shop near the hotel; the lady is absolutely amazing. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this place; it was a lovely memory filled with delicious food and wonderful people.
The Wifii is quite unstable, on and off. If you don't have work, it's fine, but if you have calls, it's better to buy a SIM card.

Good experience! Hotel Manager, staffs were really helpful. There are 2 choices of Breakfast (American or Continental) which is good. The whole country deal tourist literally only with USD, so you will end up by paying more than your budget! :D We tried lunch and dinner in Sabara hotel restaurant and menu choices are good, bit expensive though! Still compared to other 5 star facilities, it's really far better! It's just behind giant wheel in Siem Reap. Pool is bit small but OK for kids!
Interior painting can be improved a bit. Location is within city, bit outside... so i am not sure if we can go for a evening walk.

Beautiful small hotel. Kind and nice staff. Khmer food at the restaurant was great. Best Amok curry I ate in Siem Reap. Room was big, good aircon and water pressure at shower. Pool area is beautiful with great bar. Good location little off the centre. Tuk tuks readily available. Hotel arranged a driver and a guide for us to Angkor temples.
Western food at restaurant was averidge. Not many options for picky kids. Lots of mosquitoes, but the hotel is surrounded by greenery, just get some mozzie spray with you. Pool water was quite cold. Rooms were a bit worn out/not cleaned as thoroughly as I would like for a quality hotel.
