We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was included and there was a large choice with eggs cooked to order. (They also provided us with breakfast to take with us when we left early to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat which we appreciated). We ate lunch in the hotel a couple of times and the food was freshly cooked and tasty. The saltwater pool was clean and beach towels were provided on the sunbeds. It's situated in a quiet location a short ride in a tuktuk to the centre of Siem Reap - the hotel has its own drivers and the trip cost $3 each way - each of the drivers we used made arrangements to collect us for our return journey. We would stay here again.

Honestly the way Sakmut sets out their hotel, amazing place to stay. My partner and I booked the ocean suite and had so much room to move around. The pool size was great for doing laps. Staff were top tier always asking how I was and always helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends

Stayed here for 5 nights as a family of 4. Absolutely loved the hotel. Staff were excellent, very welcoming and friendly. They were able to arrange hotel tuk tuk driver for our tour to Angkor Wat and sunrise tour. Room was lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable! Best sleep whole trip! We ate lunch in hotel few times which was really nice. Loved the pool and staff always brought us cold water.

The hotel and staff were exceptionally accommodating. We had to change our travel plans and even though our booking was not changeable, they accommodated our change request without hesitation. The staff at the hotel was also very nice. The facilities are clean and the pool is very nice, too. For the sunrise tours that usually start at 4AM in the morning, the team prepared a nice takeaway breakfast. The bathroom is nice with a spacious bathtub. The value for money was exceptionally good.

Location requires tuck-tuck/taxi to go to Siem Reap walking street (super cheap and easily available).

Sakmut is a great boutique hotel outside the noise of the center of Siem Reap. The service was EXCELLENT. We went on our honeymoon and we cannot ask for more. They arranged a honeymoon set up for us and also made sure in every moment that we were happy with our stay. The pool was great and refreshing and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The massage services were awesome as well.

The hotel facilities are lacking maintenance, it looks like prior to the pandemic this hotel was a real gem. It's understandable after 2 years of not getting any tourism.

Definitely the staff. They are friendly, courteous, attentive, and very helpful. We'd like to compliment two staff in particular; Visal and Sri Pech, from front office. They went all out of their ways to help us complete our journey. Besides the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel from lobby, dinning room, to our room. The pool was amazingly large for hotel this size. Buffet breakfast was plentiful. The wait staff were very attentive. Wifi is strong.

The hotel is a bit out of town. But Grab tuk-tuk can easily be called. And there always tuk-tuk in front of the hotel.

We really appreciated the hospitality from the staff at Sakmut Resort and Spa. They were helpful in every way including booking tuk tuks, tours, and getting us tickets for the Phare Circus. One evening, they even helped us order pizza delivery from a neighboring restaurant. They were genuinely kind and willing to go above and beyond to help us. The rooms were also comfortable and clean. The pool is very beautiful and we swam several times.

The rooftop restaurant/bar did not appear open while we were there. That could be a nice spot for sunset drinks with a view.

Beautiful, boutique property away from the madness of downtown. AMAZING staff. They helped us book everything from a private Angkor Wat tour guide with a tuk tuk driver, to dinner reservations, as well as airport transportation. And the rooms are beautiful. Would love to come back.

Superb hotel - one of the.best value hotels I have ever stayed in. Lovely design with brushed concrete floors, fantastic rooms, beautiful pool and amazing staff. We are a family of 4 from the UK with teenage kids - we all loved it.
