Seven nights at this beautiful resort was a truly wonderful experience. We booked a Landmark room, overlooking the beautiful grounds. Big room with every comfort you expect from a resort, great comfortable bed (I'm fussy!) and beautifully furnished with a lounge suite. Great bathroom and good water pressure in the shower. Amazing buffet breakfast). Great location a short US$3 tuk-tuk ride from Pub Street. Equally outstanding about this resort is the staff. They are the friendliest, most professional, genuine, caring (I'm running out of adjectives!) people who really go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable (special mention to Kanika (thanks tor the surprise birthday cake for Ian!), David and Nora). You will not regret choosing this Resort for your stay!

Can't think of a single thing. Hard to fault this one!

This property is beautiful and rooms are spacious with seating area and balcony. The staff were all wonderful and couldn’t be more helpful. The breakfast was very good with lots of options and a freshly cooked egg station. Hot tea and coffee served promptly and topped up as often as liked. The hotel tuk tuks took you to and from Pub Street for USD3 each way ( too far to walk). A shout out to Bunthon at reception who arranged our Angkor Wat tour and spa bookings. Great service!

Breakfast was very busy with lots of noisy groups between 7 and 8.30am. Not enough sunbeds around the pool for afternoon swims. There is plenty of space to have more!

As you enter the lobby, you merge into the tropical vacation mood. I've spent 18 days there and I can say, without exception, that the staff was lovely! Whatever request I had they helped in a matter of minutes and also the room was perfectly cleaned every day. Huge variety for breakfast, specially for the fresh fruits, nicely cut and served. Lunch amd dinner are also a great option at the hotel. I liked that I have enjoyed the sun and the pool, out of the buzz of the city, but yet very easy to get to the city center by tuk tuk and explore Siem Reap or visit the temples of Angkor. I will definitely come back!

The breakfast was extremely extensive and delicious. Eggs, crepes, waffles etc. were freshly prepared on request. The food in the restaurant was also very good. However, the prices were on a European level. I had a very large room furnished in the country style with a corresponding bathroom and balcony, just as Booking.com had pictured. I would particularly like to emphasize that Kanika, a young receptionist, answered all my questions at any time and in a very friendly manner. She also took care of booking my excursions, even when she had a day off. Thank you, Kanika. I really appreciated this.

It seems like the staff can also use the breakfast buffet and room, what is good so the food is not wasted. Most of them sit there quiet. But some of the staff member, seemed to be security girds, were very rude and staring at us while eating and watching videos on full volume and talking very loud. They were not asked to be a bit more quiet or to sit in an area without guests.

The Hotel was fantastic, the pool was lovely, clean towels put out every day for guest's comfort and the pool side bar was great, Very helpful staff and could not do enough for us. Breakfast was a buffet with chefs cooking pancakes, crepes, waffles, scrambled, fried and poached, as well as eggs benedict to order. The rooom was large and beautifully decorated. Towels and bed linen were of good quality. Bathroom was stocked well with toiletries.

Although overall clean, the rooms could do with a deep clean, a lot of accumulated dust on mirror frames and crevices on wardrobe doors.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous staff, especially the front desk staff and the guys on the pool bar. They were so helpful with anything we needed. The pool is enormous which was great. The choice for breakfast was excellent and we had the bbq one evening which was very good value. It was my birthday so the front desk staff had “happy birthday” put on my bed in rose petals and later brought a little dessert to the room. This was such a lovely touch. The room was great with a nice balcony.

Overall, we found hotel standards in Cambodia to be somewhat disappointing compared to similarly priced hotels in other Asian countries. However, Lotus Blanc stood out as the best among the six hotels we stayed at during our tour. Especially the breakfast buffet was varied and well presented. We had a truly lovely stay here and appreciated the higher level of service and comfort it offered.

I would recommend adding some vegetarian or vegan options to the menu of the main restaurant. It would be a great addition for guests with dietary preferences or restrictions.

Room was large in size, functional. Cleaned and restocked each day. Pool area excellent, relaxing ( food avail at poolside but is expensive) Breakfast very good, lots of choice. Staff were most efficient and helpful regarding transport, booking dinner reservations and advising on tours. Really enjoyed happy hour (4-7pm) held in a fab bar with entertainment on some nights, uplifting atmosphere. Easy to hire a tuk tuk to get to town approx $3 USD one way. Also had an aromatherapy massage at hotel spa and it was excellent, would highly recommend.

Thank you for the great time on Khmer Day at Lotus Resort, we felt welcomed by the wonderfull staff who helped us with everything including transfers and private driver for Angkor Wat. Excellent breakfast with plenty of options. Great spacious room and comfy bed. Wish we had enough time to enjoy the pool which looked nice.

Just a personal preference, it would be nice to have a handheld shower as well. Hope it was just bad luck but I had one of the worst tastless beef burgers ever however my wife's meal tasted great.
