Great rooms, spacious and clean. Staff is super attentive and polite. Big garden, nice pool, nice zen garden.

The pool bar has very limited selection along with unrealistically overpriced. I appreciate it’s a 5* resort full of tourists but this was next level pushing it compared to the average for the country. 10x or more on some items. The garden/pool cabanas are also very run down, no soft cushions, no table, they’re so nice and being empty makes them unusable and unappealing such a missed opportunity. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel is really superb, staff is very well trained, everyone speaks great English, facilities are awesome, rooms are a bit small but clean, well equipped and aircon works well. Not many kids in the hotel which was an awesome bonus for me!

Location is not the best - 25 mins walk to president palace, 35 mins walk to the market. Otherwise tuk tuk was $3. Also when you choose the room side - choose the pool side, it’s quieter.

The breakfast is great. Provides a variety of western, Cambodian, and Indian options. Service is amazing, the staff are kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I had some AC and internet issues with my room and they were extremely prompt in resolving them. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean.

The location is a bit further from the city center, which is a double-edged sword. If you like a little peace and quiet, this is ideal. However, you’ll have to tuktuk around to do any shopping for essentials or even coffee which can be a bit of a hassle each time you need something small. The open air concept is nice in theory, but there needs to be ways that this concept offsets the mosquitos in the area. The open air concept also backfires a bit on extremely hot days where the air is very stuffy.

A wonderful stay at this elegant, tropical style hotel. Fantastic location, near enough but away from the busy centre. Lovely big pool area, ideal to relax after a day sightseeing. Staff couldn’t be more attentive and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional.

Staff really friendly, it looks beautiful at day and night time. Room, after upgraded due to broken fridge and TV, spacious and comfortable. Beds are awesome. Breakfast offers enough for everyone. Drinks at siso bar really good.

The pool is pretty much a bath tub that is hot as boiling water, there is no movement in the water and no shade. No happy hour at the pool area and prices for drinks and snacks are pretty high ( coconut 3$) .i would have loved to stay the evening at the hotel after an exhausting temple tour but there is nothing really that makes you stay.

The room was spacious and clean. The pool and gym were excellent facilities and the location of the hotel is very good, close to the city centre and only a 15 minute drive to the Angnor Wat temple.

The price of bottled water at the bar is very high. We paid 10 dollars for 2 bottles.

Love the hotel. The architecture is very lovely. It has a very historical feel to it. The staff was super friendly and helpful, like most of the Cambodian people we met. We checked out and left our bags, no problem, to go back and see more of Angkor Wat. My son and I came from Thailand, where we dropped my daughter off for a semester of Vet. med. Cambodia was the highlight of our trip, along with the elephants in Chaing Mai, Thailand. The location was very close to Angkor Wat. A tuk tuk driver can take you to the site or to the city. Best to hire a tuk tuk driver to go to the sites because they are very far apart from each other. Soeun Angkor tour was the best!!! He was very reasonable for the hours of 4:30 to closing and 7:30 the next day to roughly 3 p.m. He also took the best pictures of us!!! Now for the food. The first day, we asked for a breakfast box. The staff had the box ready the next morning and we had a picnic in our room before leaving. Second day was the buffet. The buffet was huge, something needed for a full day at the ruins. The reason I gave this one less star was because the restaurant that Soeun took us to had the best Cambodian food! OMG, my son and I ordered a second helping of the noodle dish. No worry about gaining any weight because 2 days at Angkor Wat will prevents weight gain, so enjoy the huge buffet and great food of Cambodia.

Tons of food, but not as good as the restaurant we visited. Water took a while to get hot. Called the hotel staff and it was hot for the remainder of our time at the hotel.

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff. The room was very comfortable and the food was excellent. The breakfast had a huge variety along with the usual egg station for western breakfast. The pool was wonderful. Can't say enough good things about the hotel

All the staff were very friendly and attentive, they couldn't do enough for you. The quality of the food was very good, plenty of choice for breakfast. The Siso bar was very impressive, food was available here also in the main restaurant and the pool bar.

Great swimmingpool and outdoor area. Fast wifi, super friendly staff, nice gym, excellent breakfast. Good shower. Very nice interior and exterior of the hotel. Quiet location, 5 minutes drive from city center. Highly recommended!
