Staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The pool was absolutely incredible and I used it everyday! The room is spacious and big and has a little separate "living room" and a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden and pool area). Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice bathroom with 2 sinks. Breakfast was a feast and they had a great variety of foods from Cambodia, France, and the West. Area was very quiet. A little tuk tuk drive to get into the center but not too bad. Nearby is the Butterfly Pea restaurant which has outstanding food for lunch and dinner. (Khmer and French infusion) Fantastic place to stay!

Nothing Note: It takes 1 hr to get from the Siem Reap airport to the hotel. If you are taking any transportation or services through the hotel, be prepared to pay a 30% surcharge. Only bring crisp US dollars (no USD before 1992 will be accepted) Bring small denominations like $1-$5.

They were always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel at home, even surprising us with a heartfelt gift upon checkout. Facilities The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers excellent massage services. Food and Beverage The breakfast selection is diverse and tasty. The poolside food and drink options are top-notch. Cleanliness Rooms are clean, and the pool area is well-maintained. Lotus Blanc Hotel has effectively set the bar incredibly high when it comes to hospitality and services. With its fantastic staff, top-notch facilities, exquisite dining options, and an overall sense of well-being it bestows upon its guests, I recommend this hotel with full enthusiasm to anyone and everyone planning a trip to Siem Reap. Focusing on Sustainability We had a fantastic experience at Lotus Blanc Hotel, but we do have some recommendations to make the property even more eco-friendly: Eliminate Plastic Water Bottles: Consider providing reusable water bottles or installing water filtration systems in the rooms to minimize plastic waste. Towel Reuse Policy: To conserve water and energy, only replace towels that are placed on the floor, rather than providing new towels every day. Implementing these changes would make Lotus Blanc not just an excellent choice for luxury and comfort, but also a leader in sustainability practices.

Excellent staff, always ready to help. Spacious rooms, had lot of space. Pretty sizeable walking area beside the restaurant that connects to the pool area as well. Breakfast was good, but was not excellent. Would have preferred to have some more tea options. Live egg counter was much appreciated!

Location. Its not that far from the city centre, about 10mins drive away, but if you want to stay in the centre close to all the night markets/restaurants etc, then this may not be the best option. Travelling to the temples would be the same whether you stay here or near the city centre.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to return again. The staff were very helpful with everything from organising a tour before we arrived to answering questions during our stay. The rooms was very clean and well appointed, clean and nice bathroom, comfortable beds and no issues at all. Breakfast was a great spread and very nice. We liked having the tuk tuks waiting outside the hotel when we needed them and the $3 set price into town which prevented the haggling, and our driver also waited for us to the time we requested (great service).

Everything was terrific, the staff probably asked a few too many times if our stay was all good, however it's nice to have staff concerned about your stay and so responsive. Also tourists are still to return here in numbers so the feedback is important to the hotel. I don't think they need to be concerned, they have a lovely well run hotel and provide an excellent service. We considered staying in town, however this location worked very well as it's less than 10 minutes in a tuk tuk into town, and this area was quiet and the hotel space very good.

We enjoyed 8 wonderful nights at the Lotus Blanc privilege floor. The Resort is beautiful designed and very clean and tidy. The staff is super friendly and gives you a real 5 star feeling. Our room was very comfortable, nice designed and tidy with a quit view towards the pool. The Pool and the tropical garden was really cool. The pool was quit warm, it would be a great experience to swim in a cooled pool. The gym is old but still functional. We recommend to invest in new equipment. The breakfast in a beautiful Grand Hotel Breakfast room was good. The Hotel offers a egg, pancake and soup station. As well as a variety of Asian as well as European options. Please offer complimentary coffee options like cappuccino. Only black coffee is no option these days especially not in a 5 star Hotel. The Hotel also has a fantastic Nightbar/Restaurant Siso. We loved to have diner and enjoy the live music. Please improve the Wifi! We can fully recommend this Resort for side seeing around Ankor Wat and Siem Reap. Our fourth stay and wont be the last , we love this place , the staff are all to easy to like , the pool is our favourite in the world and we travel a lot (never cold) . A special thanks to the new Siso bistro and bar and its host Mr Pheara and his fantastic staff .The food is great , live music and the ambiance loverly. This hotel is amazing. Great rooms, swimming pool, they rent bikes... the staff is always there to help you (although perhaps too much attention 🤣). The bar and coctails are amazing, and Cambodian people is always willing to talk and give you a sincere smile. Overall great expierence (by the way the food is amazing, both Vietnamese such as curries or Western: amaxing pizza and hamburger). Also, the sheets were super soft and the pillow was heaven.

If I had to improve something it would be regarding the sometimes noisy air conditioning and some more sweet variery in the breakfast (including juices).

The best pool we have ever had at a hotel. Breakfast was fine, had a nice selection. The room overlooked the garden and was a lovely view with soft lanterns at night. The staff were extremely genuine and welcoming, they were there to help whenever we needed them and were all friendly and kind. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were just perfect! We will certainly go back to PL at the Lotus Blanc

I had a wonderful stay at the Lotus Blanc. The staff were so helpful and so kind and the Spa was a wonderfully relaxing break throughout the day. The pool was gorgeous and the food in the bar area was really lovely. It was in a great location with the main centre less than a 5 min TukTuk away. Would highly recommend.
