There is no elevator, so you must be able to manage the stairs. The hotel room was spacious. A comfortable sofa in the living area. The bedroom had a double bed, very comfortable with 4 pillows. We had to be changed to a different room due to hallways door not being able to close. But we had to contact reception to arrange this. But as guy at the desk struggled to shut the door after he showed us to the room was a bit odd. The room was lacking any cooking facilities and dining table. The clerk said these are no longer available. The also have closed the restaurant. There are a few places on the main road around the corner for meals. But as we had come to stay for a few days so my partner could rest his knee after a fall down a step in Koh Rong Sanloem we were expecting to be able to just have meals in the room. It is very near the port to catch the boats, very easy to get to.

The area outside the hotel is not very clean, lots of trash and bags. The road out front is quite narrow and curvy, so be careful if walking. The air conditioners are controlled by the same remote. So there is no adjusting them differently. We were unable to prepare any sort of small meals in the room. We only were provided with a kettle & cups. However there is a small kitchenette area. After being moved to different room we had no safety deposit box. There is no elevator, so you must be able to manage the stairs.

We only stayed 1 night ahead of an early morning ferry to Koh Rong but I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very close to the ferry port, the room was huge and clean with a big bed, large TV and sofa. Staff were very friendly.

As we arrived late at night, it is far away from the centre of Sihanoukville & the surrounding roads are more like small alleys. But nothing made me feel unsafe

There’s a couple of bars and restaurants nearby but the harbour.. also a 7 to 11 for essential needs. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space in the bedrooms.

The hotel is a bit dated but still in great condition. About 2 miles from the main city centre.

Location to Boat Pier. Nice room, comfortable bed. Exceptional Staff, very helpful with all transfers and bookings for the islands. Great cheeky little shortcut staircase nearby if you fancy the short walk to the ferry.

A new modern hotel with nice and clean comfortable rooms that include everything you need. Exellent room design. Balcony is not big but with a panoramic sea view. Staff professional and friendly. Particular thanks to the general manager Roseth Ny, who personally helped us with everything we needed. Highly recommend, especially for those who’s heading for islands, because it’s located in 5 minutes walking from the speedboats departure

facilities are new and nice. the staffs are nice also

there are trashes under the sink cabinet. and the smell of the cr it smells like the septic tank when you leave the toilet bowl cover open. but the facilities are new and nice.

I was there for work with my friend for video shooting in Sihanoukville, but hop in this perfect place. The price is good, and the property is clean. The reception is cool, he know SHV like in his palm. Thanks

The room is just so clean and big for all of us. And it has perfect sea view from our room. Few minute walk from Tourism pier, so I don't have to worry about late for boat to Island tomorrow. Just perfect.

The location is a bit far from center for those travel without car or motorbike. And without elevator, it would be hassle for those with lots of luggages.

The room was new and very clean and spacious. Nice shower and comfortable bed. Coffee set up and fridge in room. Staff was very helpful with tuk-tuks. Convenient location to catch speedboats to islands in the morning.

No breakfast. No restaurants on site and not much to walk to.
