The room was spacious. We loved that it was a motel and we could step outside from the room. The view is AMAZING. There was a table and 2 chairs like a little dining room in the kitchenette. The fridge was newer and great! I love the old-fashioned charm of the decor. The staff were super friendly and very efficient/attentive. I had stayed here 25 years ago with my son, and this stay was with his son, I was so happy to see the restaurant still had trains running from the suspended tracks! It's such a cool experience for kids and train lovers! My grandson says that every generation of our family needs to experience this motel 🥰 Some may not like the dated look of the decor, etc, but to me, it adds to the charm, and it is mostly well cared for. The room was clean, and air conditioning worked great. The restaurant food was great and it was busy! Seems like a local favorite.

The motel was conveniently located close to town and the museum which made daily adventures easy and fun. The room itself (although not 2 bedrooms as advertised) accommodated our family of 5 really comfortably. The beds were comfortable, the floors and bathroom were clean. There was air conditioning which was an absolute luxury in the 35 degree heat during our vacation. The kitchenette and full fridge were adequate for some basic meals which saved us hundreds in eating out. I would definitely stay there again.
We read reviews about bedbugs prior to arrival that scared us. Couch bed did not have bedding, had to wake up the guy in the middle of the night to request bedding. I didn't like the fragrance in the sheets, although it was pretty subtle. Lamp didn't work in living room. Had to request remote control for TV.

The location of the place is convenient on N Dinosaur Trail, easy to get to the royal Tyrrel Museum. It is also close enough to downtown. The room is clean. The bathroom is especially good, in spite of its small size. It has a family restaurant on site, of which the menu was quite good and the services are superb. I love the decoration inside the restaurant, which feature a train set running on the ceiling. This motel offers superb value for price.

This hotel is a throwback to when mom and pop hotels were the standard place to stay for most travelers. It s still a clean and quiet place to stay. Location is great if you are going to the Royal Terrell dinosaur museum as it is right on the road there. Breakfast isn't included, but the on-site restaurant was wonderful and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
Nothing. Everything was fine.

The motel was in a great location for visiting the Tyrrell Museum and surrounding Badlands. It was an older building and showed it but was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Good value for the price.
The air conditioner was situated very close to one of the beds so if you needed to run the unit after going to bed, it was a bit loud.

The location worked great for us! It was only a 20 minute walk to the bottom of downtown and it was easy to get to the Royal Tyrell Museum in the car. The suite was well appointed, if a little dated, but the fan and air conditioning worked even in the high August temperatures. The restaurant on the same site had great food.

Room 29, we stayed 2 nights. I loved that we had a family suite, kids (2x12 yr old boys)each got a bed and I got a bedroom. We were close to the museum and close to the city pool. The bridge is under construction which caused big back ups in traffic. The staff at the motel were very nice and I appreciated how clean the room was.

Restaurant is a surprisingly good place to eat, very friendly staff, get a little discount for staying in the motel, excellent breakfast menu, small town doesn't feel far from anywhere, motel manager is very understanding if you explain any situation, always found a parking spot
Motel has some age but nothing can be done about that

The beds in room 15 were comfortable, the room was clean, great hospitality from the staff. Very hassle free, we enjoyed the stay so much that we stayed an extra night. My family would choose to stay here again in the future when and if needed.
Could have been provided more towels without asking and would prefer housekeeping to come and check the rooms to clean more frequently.

Brilliant location! Friendly staff! Yes the outside is not the best looking but once inside the rooms are amazing! Has everything you need in a room! To be fair this is our 8th hotel/motel since landing in Vancouver and this by far beats all the other places! The restaurant attached in the morning was very very busy and I can tell why! The food is amazing.
The outside looks a little run down but please don't let that put you off!
