The breakfast was good. The staff was quick at refilling any thing that was empty. The staff was friendly and the environment was friendly as well. I know you can't control other guests, but I think the relaxed environment meant others were relaxed too. We chatted with lots of people around the hotel. The location was perfect, the staff were bright and smiling. Happy staff is often a sign they like their jobs and are treated well by management, at least I hope. 😀

The cost was high. 300 for 1 night for a hotel makes its affordablity a bit hard.

Staff was very good. Check-in was easy, directions given were good and a lost key card was easily replaced. The room was fine for having a 2 star rating. I don't know how old the building is, but everything I saw was surprisingly well maintained.

Breakfast was offered at no extra cost. There was omelets, sausages, boiled eggs, yogurt and several wheat products that I'm allergic to, but a good selection. Also fruit and fruit juices. A disappointment was the were all identical size, identically folded in half and neatly fitted in a tray with a quickly cut plastic cover that was just folded back part way, unappealing presentation. Sausage tray was identical, except not so unattractive. Small complaint, but so easily corrected.

This hotel is in a good location. Close to lots of restaurants, a grocery store, a gas station, and the downtown is only about a 5-minute walk. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The cost is reasonable for what you get. The breakfast is standard boilerplate hotel breakfast. But great for on the move. The hotel is a bit old which means that the walls/ doors are a bit thin and you get hallway noise. If that is not a problem for you, this is a great place to stay in Drumheller.

The people next to us were so noisy, we could hear them laughing to loud and very loud tv before 6 am Second level has no balcony Can hear when other rooms turn their water on (above and beside) was super noisy The people next to us door was very loud when closing The in Room AC was noisy The breakfast had very little or no gluten free / vegetarian options i had an apple / orange Gym has very basic 10-30 lbs hand weights, bench, 2 treadmill 2 steppers Even with the above, I slept very well This was my second time visiting and I stayed at the same place…

Breakfast included fresh fruit, and plenty of choice. When the breakfast room started to fill up, another room across the way was opened immediately. The Quality Hotel in Drumheller is very well designed, kept very clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly - really good attitude.

My goodness hotels are expensive now! Hotel staff seemed better than average, so perhaps they're paid a real, living wage.

Our room was updated, clean, and a great layout. The large bath tub in the rooms are such a great bonus after a long day hiking. I absolutely loved how friendly the staff were and how they went out of their way to make sure we were happy and well taken care of. The gentleman who came to give us bedding for the pull out couch was kind, and insisted on helping us make the bed. Front desk staff were also so kind. We stay at many hotels often and so far I would have to say the staff here are the best we’ve ever encountered!

We have zero complaints.

Location was very good, quick to access from the highway but still walkable (5min) to downtown Drumheller Nice size room for the money too, much more spacious than another two-queen room on our same trip

A couple of craftsmanship things like the bathroom door latch plate being mis-aligned and the bathroom faucet and mirror being too close leading to the mirror frame having a divot worn in it from the tap moving over time Also the breakfast time window ending at 9:30 is really tough to make when you’re on vacation with two kids

Quiet, clean and confortable

Disorderly check in process. Rigid process, “must wait until 4 pm”. It was 3:20 pm. Staff man said “I might be able to get you in at 3:40”. The folk waiting began to build… including 5 rough men who were swearing and speaking in a vulgar manner. Nothing happened, we all waiting until 3:55 pm and then staff checked in 11 people before me. Since you are so comfortable with vulgarity and bad language (as neither staff member intervened) I can only describe this with a single word: clusterfuck.

This was a great hotel! Excellent location. Tons of free onsite parking. Right next door to a grocery store. The rooms were a great size, we had a two queen beds room. Our room had a fridge and a microwave plus coffee etc. Breakfast was included and it was impressive! Eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, cereal etc. The hotel offered excellent value!

I have no complaints. It was great!

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was the perfect size. The beds were very comfortable and the staff weee all friendly.

Some maintenance needs to be done. The bathroom door does not shut properly. Love that you have charger ports for the phones, they now need to be upgraded to C chargers as all phones going forward will have that USB cable. So nothing major
