The staff were Amazing. Especially the young lad that checked us in. He is a great asset to your hotel and should be commended for his outstanding customer service. He would be the reason we stay again in the future.

The kids above us could not sit still and were constantly running and banging and running and banging the floor until well after 10:00 p.m. didn't want to complain but when these rooms are booked possibly they should be looking at putting the older people or the couples on the top floor and keeping family on the bottom floors. Also the price was grossly raised for the long weekend , which is not right in my opinion. But a person doesn't really have a choice, The rundown beat up hotels that are affordable although also greatly inflated for the long weekend or dives so either we don't go which might be a possibility in the future due to prices or we go and we suck it up

The hotel is a bit old, built from wood, and missing sound proofing. We made a lot of noise for the downstairs neighbors just by walking in the room, and got noise for the room above us There is no in stay service at all. Or at least we didn’t get one for our 2 rooms where we stayed for 2 nights

We love this place! It is a very family oriented hotel. Clean, great staff, we love the pool and the rooms are nice but not so fancy that you feel nervous having children in them.

However the cost of $380 a night is very high. As high as some luxury hotels in Calgary. This seems much too high. It prices out middle income families.

The hotel is fairly new and lovely. The room was clean and reasonably spacious. The beds were very comfortable, the coffee maker and.supplies were good. We asked for, and promptly received, more decaf coffee. The front desk was helpful about printing my boarding passes.

The guest registering before us took forever, so we had to stand and wait about 10 minutes. LOTS of families with younger children on a Tueaday in the middle of June. They were noisy in the halls...not the hotels fault. The restaurant closest to the hotel isn't open for dinner. The restaurant that is open took an hour to bring us our meals. Getting our bill was another 30 minutes after we asked for it. So, despite all the amenities close by (in same parking lot), they didn't turn out to be the advantage we were hoping they'd be.

The pool was awesome, our kids loved it. Our main floor room had 2 doors which was pretty convenient for quick access to the parking lot. The room was very comfortable. At first the A/C was cranked up way too high so it was pretty cold but we were easily able to adjust it down to a more suitable sleeping temperature. The included breakfast was phenomenal, service was great too. I was expecting a simple continental breakfast, the food selection was way more than I expected. The hot food options were great as well as the toast, bagels, pancake options. There was something for everyone. My kids who are normally very picky ate really well!

The shower and taps in the bathrooms were a little loud but had good pressure so not really a huge deal. It would also be amazing if the hotel would install an Electric Vehicle charger or two. We drove our Tesla down from Edmonton and it was tricky finding charging spots in town. We called around to a bunch of hotels in Drumheller and none of them had an EV charger. I think that the first hotel that installs one will definitely get our business and that of a lot of EV owners.

Very clean. Nice staff. Pool facilities were clean, fresh towels always on the rack by the pool. Breakfast was quite good. Central location. Room smelled fresh, not old, mouldy, smokey etc. Highly recommend.

No complaints. Was a fantastic 3 night stay.

Very well kept, room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Good pillows! The temperature of the room was easy to maintain, I really liked the fan option as well as a/c if you wanted.

The pool was super heavy on the chlorine to the point where it stung the eyes with just the fumes. *Not really a dislike, but the cost of the room was too high for in my mind. I would seek out something a little more cost effective on our next visit. In addition, check-in staff was polite, but not friendly, but the check-out staff was very friendly.

The staff was lovely, THE BREAKFAST WAS SO GOOD!! Also the fact that they accept dogs 10/10. The room was good, I overall had a great time!

The pool was getting renovated, so we had to run over to the neighbouring hotel to use their pool. Also our air con wasn't working, so it got fairly hot in our room.

Location was convienient, continental breakfast was good. Overall the hotel was good and I would stay there again

That there was only two highchairs in the eating area, even though it's supposed to be family friendly. It was stressful trying to deal with prior as my son was only 16 months and couldn't sit in a normal chair. Having extra booster seats that can go on a chair would have been way more convienient. It had put unnecessary pressure on another family with kids, seeing that they had to speed clean the two chairs to give to us.

The gym + the pool area, including a great waterside, will make you reluctant to leave the premises. Throw in good breakfasts, on-site mini-store and great coffee, and you won't want to go anywhere for a day or two.

Can't say there was anything subprime in the hotel since I didn't mind their not making the bed every day. (Some people may be fussy about it.) Price could be a bit lower for Drumheller, but given the quality, it was a big bang for the buck nevertheless
