Great room, with all the amenities, even a washer and dryer. Location is great as well, the Peter Pond mall is right next door and Montana's restaurant also is.

I am not a big fan of hotels that allow pets! I know, people love bringing their pets along on trips, but you get the ones that aren't potty trained, like the small pupper in the lobby while I was staying here, that wound up leaving a duece right there for everyone to see. Kinda gross! Just sayin!

Convenience to downtown, Tim’s and wendys and montanas and supper store surrounds the hotel. The room was spacious and tub was deep which I liked as most hotels you can’t even soak in the tub because it’s so small, there’s a laundry machine and dryer in the bathroom that was a nice surprise and they have a stove top in the kitchen, balcony, also free breakfast was nice .

It was very hot in the room, turn the air on but still hot, also there’s no pool it’s a hot tub.

The location was excellent. The breakfast had several hot options and the options were different on the two days that we stayed.

The pillows were too thick and there wasn’t another choice of pillows. The hot tub was a good size however it is in a very small room with inadequate ventilation therefore the room was too hot. We needed to prop the door open to get cooler air in the room.

The room was great set up nicely . They had a good breakfast in the morning . The staff were friendly and quick when we needed items in the room.

It was a little inconvenient that there was no bedding in the room for the hide abed , we had to call down to get those before our child could go to sleep. The staff however were quick to bring the bedding when we called .so minor inconvenience.

We loved everything about the Clearwater Hotel. It was our first time staying there and we were very impressed with our 1 bedroom suite, kitchenette, living room, patio, washroom, absolutely everything. The customer service was excellent and all people on staff were nice and friendly.

clean, fully equipped suite with cook top, full fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Beds were not bad and hotel was quiet

totally what I expected for the price. Not fancy or perfect, but clean and friendly

Room was bigger than expected, staff was friendly and great location for our stay.

Hot tub area was dated in need of upgrades, carpet in our room was torn/worn out at the transition

The staff was excellent. Needed a couple things and they were up to our room within minutes each time. Great room for the $$fort sure.

Always my go to spot when travelling for work. Easy access, clean and quality service.
