I really loved how the hotel rooms were well cleaned and prepared for us guests. The hallway was really peaceful and there was no disturbance that we can report. The staff was really friendly and always greeted us when we were leaving or coming back. Every inch of the hotel was amazingly clean. Definitely will book at Radisson again for sure.

The hotel and staff were very good. The room was very clean. The hotel was quiet in the night. Great location for us to visit family.

The pool was rather small, and the hot tub was out of order. The restaurant food could have been better. Did not receive my invoice online as I was told I would. It's the day after leaving, and I'm still waiting for it.

Good people at desk and room service need to be served to the room why it has be picked up when u guys have room service if u guys can’t drop it off to the room and other then that good service

I felt safer then where the other hotels that are located in fort mac. It was clean and comfortable beds.

Hi The stay was great 2 things were not great, The pool was so cold I couldn't get in it, there was 3 kids hockey teams and they weren't using it either. 2 ... my husband has a disability and he had alot of problem getting on and off the toliet, I inquired about the disability room but was told that it is the same height , that made things hard. The restraunt was closed by the time we got there so we never used it...

great place to stay with kids due to the pool and restaurant. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us a late check out due to our work times. Clean throughout the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

The air conditioner in our room could have worked a bit better but it did the job for the most part.
