Good location. Wood fire in the bedroom, fuel supplied each day - a lovely touch. Bar service excellent.

Dinner at the restaurant was overpriced and service mediocre.

The Post House is well located in a nice setting near the LL Village Mall. Our room was clean and spacious with comfy beds and good shower. Very nice breakfast buffet available. Complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby is a nice touch. All the staff were very friendly & helpful.

There was no refrigerator in our room. The piano in the bar is too loud to be able to talk easily, background playing would be much nicer. Hairdryer is of very poor quality, it took an age to dry my hair. There used to be only one elevator which became evident to us that staff take preference. A female member of staff with a posy of flowers on a large trolley reluctantly let me join her but told my husband he had to wait and shut the doors on him, she then took me to the basement and told me to go find him!!! On Sunday & Monday the pub is closed leaving only the very expensive fine restaurant available as a dining option, other establishments seem to be able to have their all their dining options open 7 days a week.

The Post has incredible ambiance and generally excellent staff. The location is also very good.

The Post should think about making its dinner menu more versatile (so menu readers understand one need not necessarily do 4 courses). I would also much prefer room rates to be slightly higher and for a Continental breakfast buffet to be included. While most staff is great, we found the housekeepers lacked the experience to know what to collect / what to rearrange etc. odd

Perfectly located in Lake Louise and could easily walk to some restaurants! Although we thoroughly enjoyed their main restaurant and the fondue restaurant was top notch! Nestled along a bubbling river and set against the mountains you could enjoy views from all around the property especially from our room! Staff were friendly, helpful and very attentive! We loved the salt water pool, steam room and hot tub after our long hikes. Special unexpected touches like turn down service at night with treat from the chef and water bottles. Coffee and tea station set up in the mornings. Plenty of complimentary on site parking and beautiful flowers in planters all around and even inside. Will definitely plan on staying here again!

It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very welcoming

The food at the Post pub was awful. I had a chicken Caesar salad which was soggy and the chicken was so salty I couldn’t eat it. My husband had the buttermilk chicken sandwich which was soggy over cooked it was virtually inedible. Everything else though was lovely, we would stay at the hotel again but not eat at the pub.

Very beautiful setting - very peaceful and quiet. For a Relais and Chateau Property, there needs to be an upgrade on the property, We stayed in Room 127. The hot water tap in bathroom was leaking, we had to call Maid Service to clean up hair in bathroom. Rooms need a refresh for sure. The Dining room looks lovely but needs a refresh. The Moose Nook is lovely for spirits and fire. A lovely setting but a few things need attention.

Charming old world hotel with great service. Lovely spot, conveniently located near Village. Nice pool and steam room. Rooms old style but nice. Garden areas beautifully looked after. Cosy spot for drinks and piano in the evening.

No fridge in room, just the Americal style ice bucket. No cutlery of any sort. I expected better Rooms were way too warm at night, great in cooler weather but not conducive to good sleep when it is not as cold.

Lovely hotel with a cozy bar, afternoon tea, spacious rooms, turndown service, etc. - all the little details that make a hotel stay enjoyable. The staff are very attentive.

The spa is closed in the evenings and is otherwise only open to spa guests. There is nowhere to relax after using the steam room and there are too many unsupervised children in the pool.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location with great access to the village. It is also easy to walk to Lake Louise from the Prost hotel (4km up hill). The hotel feels very comfortable and the staff and great. The rooms are big and the beds are really comfy. I also like that they all have balcony’s. The post pub is also great - good food and selection of beverages.

One thing that I would suggest to the hotel is that they place shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the spa washrooms. The showers in the spa washrooms were also dirty with a big lump of hair in one corner.

good location, very closed to louise lake, of course it's pricey. The hotel is somewhat dated but well maintained and clean. There was complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning, which was just in time for us as we had just returned from watching the sunrise over the lake.

staff is fair enough It felt like the staff was rather unenthusiastic, but it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast cut off time was too early and we often missed it The massage function of the bathtub does not work.
