Room was nice. Clean. Bed was Comfortable, good pillows and warm blankets. Coffee was a kureig with van houtte k cups - delicious. Breakfast was awesome. Very good.

Smoke smell in hallways. So gross. Hot tub wasn’t very hot. It had been very very cold here and we were warned when we checked in that they were having issues with the temp in the pool and hot tub - but it was disappointing. Tv in the bedroom was quite small. I could hear a dripping sound that disturbed me all night. We were right beside the pool (it was the view out our windows- so maybe that was it.

The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and lots of pillows. The AC was weak in our room, but manageable, our 2nd room had no working AC but the staff was able to accommodate a room change. I liked the main floor access in & out to parking. I liked the option for a smoking room. However, I opted put as I was traveling with children. Definitely an option when I'm not traveling with children. I appreciated the hot & cold options for breakfast provided included in the price of room, and location was great for options to grocery & retail shopping. The swimming pool with slides was a hit for all the kids, a HOT hot tub, and a great little workout room, laundry facilities were definitely a bonus!

Weak AC, if it was any hotter I wouldn't have been able to manage. The cost of using laundry facility is a bit pricey and having to get quarters was a bit of a pain.

We arrived the day before our booking, which we had made at the last minute under pressure. Desk staff were very patient and helpful in sorting out the booking, which was a complex process, and settling us in. The hotel is convenient, clean, and well-run. We were happy to have chosen this hotel.

There was a large noisy heater/air conditioner outside our window that was noisy during the night. We did not receive a refund for our initial, incorrect booking.

The breakfast had a variety of items which everyone was able to find something to eat. The hot food was hot. Had a high chair for our little one. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds were made daily with fresh towels. Lots of parking available. The hot tub and pool were clean and quiet. The smaller water slide was quick which the kids loved. Had some pool toys available to use at the pool. Room was a good size to fit 2 adults and 3 kids.

The larger water slide was not working which was okay since the smaller one was working.

The hotel room itself was a ‘you get what you pay for’ kinda room. Clean but dated. The breakfast was great, clean, hot and cold options. The ‘wowing’ factor was when the manager agreed to turn the slides on for my kids when our stay was outside the regular slide times they have listed. It was so appreciated and will be remembered.

It’s a long ways to the rooms and the hallway smell old and musty.

Beds were very comfy.

The breakfast was bleak, orange “drink” not juice, one salt shaker for the whole room, not individual packets or salt shakers on each table. No fresh fruit or yogurt. I had to walk almost a maze from one end of the hotel to the other to get to my room. The front desk drew me a map! Elevators were unmarked plain single doors in cubbyholes and very hard to find!

Jessica at front desk was amazing in helping me in a bad situation when booking.com made things difficult for me and the manager was amazing as well. The rooms were great, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was really good!

Very hard to get around the building, so many wings , delivery guy couldn’t even find our room , breakfast was so disorganized for an expected full house (hockey tournament ) not enough tables and had to wait on food .On-site restaurant was expensive.

Breakfast and all Staff in general were excellent.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The building is showing its age but that’s nothing. It’s well kept and once again, the Staff are excellent. We’ve stayed several times and will do so again.

The girl at the front desk was really lovely

It seems like every time we go there whoever you guys have working the the breakfast room is always so rude and is so demanding over a stupid breakfast ticket it's not like we're planning on stealing breakfast
