Great location, right off the highway. Very friendly staff. Not just acting overly friendly like other hotels. They actually care. I found hotel breakfasts went way down hill after COVID, not this hotel. Excellent breakfast

The sweet had a nice big window, but with the window it was hard to get the room completely dark. It was dark enough for me, but I could see others not appreciate that.

Loved the staff, loved the breakfast buffet. Loved our room.

The pool was freezing, like not just cold. That you can adjust to quickly. I mean really really freezing. So sadly we couldn't enjoy it, like expected. We really love swimming so we always take into consideration when choosing a hotel. So it was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything else was lovely.

This is a comfortable hotel with large, clean rooms and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was adequate with a reasonable choice of food. The hotel has the added bonus of a swimming pool and gym. The staff were very helpful.

It was very clean and the workers are very friendly. The Breakfast was very good. There is also a pool with a waterslide and a hot tub it was awesome and relaxing after a long day. Thank you

Good breakfast, although it would be better if they offered more options of fruit, especially fresh ones.

The carpet and the furniture made the room look outdated.

I was billed through Booking.com and then my the hotel billed my cc again. I did request a credit through the hotel, but was advised it would take 3 to 5 days to go back on my credit card. This is fine, but has been a hassle

Location, comfort and cleanliness. We actually only slept there as we were attending a wedding so never checked in until after the celebrations.

Too many kids running the halls as there was an event in town, however that's no reflection on the hotel. They did calm down by 10pm, so all good.

The room I stayed in was clean, spacious and had high ceiling. The staff was all pleasant and helpful. I loved the quality of their complimentary breakfast. There were so many cold and some hot items including the fresh waffle maker! Unfortunately, I did not get to try it since I got full from other breakfast items. I enjoyed the swimming pool with a slide and the jacuzzi hot tub as well.

Well,,,the toilet seat was loose or broken. When seated , you didn't know if this was the time I fall to the floor or just get hit in the back by seat cover, which occurred almost every time. AND ....as for coffee...they had decaf ,or light roast, OR tea . not even med.roast. I asked at desk , was given a couple med roast. Ended up buying coffee pods ....very expensive.
