The Chef was great. He was replenishing items pretty quickly and was very attentive to the customers needs.

Breakfast - There should be better segregation between VEG and NON-Veg Items. Should have more number of Waffle making machines to avoid line ups. Room Size is very small. NO room o walk around much.

Great place to stay while visiting family who lack space for company. Friendly staff, nice rooms, great pool and slide with long opening hours, and good full breakfast included.

Our room had a super strong chemical smell, assume from cleaning supplies used. Had to open window for several hours and improved.

Staff were very helpful. We had a large dog and was well taken care of. Was offered a private room to enjoy our breakfast with our hound!

The elevator had a slight door issue which made us a bit worried but nothing major. It didnt open correctly twice, slow to actually open was the issue.

The parking lot was great. The location was really good. There’s a Boston Pizza and Tim Hortons right across the street. Could not ask for more. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was good.

The front desk staff were excellent. I wish I got her name but whoever the wonderful blonde woman who greeted us yesterday evening , she was so great. Super friendly and welcoming. She had our kids go on a little hunt for a stuffy moose in The lobby and gave the kids a toy when they found it. So sweet.

The room was overly sanitized and I.mm allergic to chemicals. I woke up with red swollen eyes.

Clean and easy to locate, there is a 24hr front desk, the staff was very friendly and also it is pet friendly that is the most important to me!

No USB charging ports in the rooms

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The daily housekeeping was great. The breakfast is great as well.

The pool is a little small.

Breakfast was wonderful. Use of playing cards was nice. Extra chairs were also borrowed as there were 4 of us in the room.

Kitchen chairs really needed to be steam cleaned they were quite stained/soiled.

They made us feel extra special for our birthday stay. The included breakfast was the best we've had in a long time while staying at a hotel. The staff were funny and very kind too.

There was nothing that we didn't like.
