Great place to stay while visiting family who lack space for company. Friendly staff, nice rooms, great pool and slide with long opening hours, and good full breakfast included.

Our room had a super strong chemical smell, assume from cleaning supplies used. Had to open window for several hours and improved.

Staff were very helpful. We had a large dog and was well taken care of. Was offered a private room to enjoy our breakfast with our hound!

The elevator had a slight door issue which made us a bit worried but nothing major. It didnt open correctly twice, slow to actually open was the issue.

The front desk staff were excellent. I wish I got her name but whoever the wonderful blonde woman who greeted us yesterday evening , she was so great. Super friendly and welcoming. She had our kids go on a little hunt for a stuffy moose in The lobby and gave the kids a toy when they found it. So sweet.

The room was overly sanitized and I.mm allergic to chemicals. I woke up with red swollen eyes.

Breakfast was wonderful. Use of playing cards was nice. Extra chairs were also borrowed as there were 4 of us in the room.

Kitchen chairs really needed to be steam cleaned they were quite stained/soiled.

I had no problems with the hotel per se and the facilities it provided. The only slight issue was it's location on the outer edge of the main "strip" which meant there were limited eateries with in easy reach. The local Boston Pizza was fine, but it would get boring if you had to eat there for a week!

See above. Hopefully more eateries will open up in the near locality.

They made us feel extra special for our birthday stay. The included breakfast was the best we've had in a long time while staying at a hotel. The staff were funny and very kind too.

our room was very close to laundry and service - hallways a little cluttered and noisy at times. but not a big deal.

Breakfast was excellent. We were with a group of 12. Staff was excellent. We were offered the room next door to visit.

Breakfast was lovely. Great choice and something for all the family to eat. Always nice and hot food. Location was perfect.

The lack of Air con in the lounge part of the suite wasn’t great - it got a little stuffy at night with no window or air con
