The breakfast was plentiful with a variety of options available. I appreciated the hours from 6 a.m. - 10 a.m. The room was comfortable and spacious. The pool was great with plenty of towels available. The location was perfect for us and it was handy to drive to places we had planned for. There was lots of parking available at different times of the day. The hotel provided large-size bottles of shampoo and conditioner for showers. The housekeeping staff was friendly.

There was no kids programming that I could find on the tv, unless I wanted to pay for Netflix. However, it wasn't a problem.

Location of the hotel was awesome, it's located on a little pond with tons of bird action. Traveling with a dog can be difficult but I found this place to be incredibly accommodating. They gave us a room located right beside the side door which made it easy for bathroom breaks outside. The front desk staff also provided us with some dog treats on arrival. The room was very comfortable and was outfitted with lots of little human comforts in mind. Definately would stay again!

Super friendly front end staff. Very nice , convenient location for our Sherwood park event the next morning, great parking access , easy to access hotel from Hwy 16. Very impressed with free breakfast (choice/ quantity. ) Attached Polo restaurant served us a nice evening meal. I strongly recommend the Sticky toffee pudding for dessert!! I would surely stay there again in the future.

Our stay was very short but wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The view from our room was over a pond and was good for bird watching. The weight room was good.There are malls and restaurants nearby and walking\cycling trails. The staff were lovely.

The room had only paper cups: yuk! There was no notepad and pen. The breakfast was okay; better than average but not what I remembered from other Hamptons.

For the two rooms we occupied, the doors do not automatically close…we had to pull the doors to ensure that they are closed…this is very un-usual compared to other hotels where I have stayed recently and also in the past where the doors of the rooms would automatically close

the hotel is great! very comfortable but what made my stay was the front counter guy names CJ. outstanding customer service and very helpful in all questions asked !

'Light breakfast' was in fact plentiful with many choices all of which were very tasty. Tea and coffee available in the lounge all day. Very helpful staff dealt with our requests in a friendly and efficient way. The small lake is picturesque, our room had a view of the lake, was large and had two queen size beds.Towels and toiletries not skimped on.

Breakfast was excellent location was good staff went out of their way to accommodate myself very friendly

Party in the great room till well after midnight, travelling with a pet, put dog on edge , called front desk about noise seemed to calm down half hour later

Great location! Just off yellowhead. Nice view of pond. Clean hotel Friendly staff. I was there for 3 nights on business. Lots of shops near the hotel. Very comfortable. Had everything I needed.

Very clean. Very quiet. Convenient location. Quick check in.

Wish it had dining facility, or at least room service of basic foodstuffs. Too tired after driving to roam around the city looking for food.
