I loved that since I was there with my dog to go to the pulse veterinary hospital, they waived the pet fee, which was so great! And it worked out , unfortunately he ended up bleeding a little on the sheets after his mouth operation, so it costs $20 total as a fee for that, ($50 charge for blood stains, which they offered back if they were able to remove stains, but I don't live near there so I didn't go back for the 50$ and the waived pet fee was $30) And another great thing was that they had the pet room on the main floor! So my boy was easily able to get outside while loopy from meds , no elevators or stairs just down the hall and out the doors Thanks ! And Great job would definitely stay here again

I liked the price of my stay, and that it was per friendly. The location was good and was a nice place to sleep. Bed was clean. Was just what we needed for a couple nights of rest. The beds are extremely soft.

The breakfast was less than lack luster. It's supposed to go till 10 we got there at 830 and the only eggs left were hard boiled. The hash browns tasted like old cardboard. Sausages were ok, and the bacon is clearly ready crisp from the microwave. Also our shower curtain had brown steaks on it, hopefully from mud or hair dye, but who knows.

Breakfast was good.

I was told by phone that they had charging facilities for my EV car, but on arrival found out they did not. Since EVs are becoming more popular, and charging facilities are essential for travellers, the hotel needs to indicate whether they have them on site, how many and the type (level-2 or -3) should be indicated in the hotel description. I had to drive several km to recharge every other day.

The room was a good size. Mattresses were super. Liked the layout of the room. The sink was separate from the bathroom which allowed a person in the bathroom and the other person to do other toiletries easily. It was very close to the places we needed to go to.

You could tell that is was an older building but everything was very functional.

The beds and the room temperature were comfortable. The room was clean and easy to access.

It would be nice to have non-dairy options at breakfast. Also, the juice was all mixed up - orange juice instead of lemonade. There was a corner in the bathroom that was black and needs to be cleaned.

The location was very good, there are multiple restaurants and stores within walking distance, as we had no car. Our family lives within 4 km so we were close for pickups and visits. The staff were extremely accommodating with our multiple check in and outs due to short road trips. Always welcoming on our return. The room was comfy and the front lounge was inviting.

Only thing I missed was scrambled eggs on breakfast menu.

The front office staff were very friendly and professional. The room service service were wonderful. They kept the room very clean. The Kitchen staff tried to replenish the menu almost immediately.

Your gym is poor

We needed a place last minute to stay and they had availability at a good price! Even gotcha phone call to the room to make sure we had everything when we got there. Room was a good size. Beds were comfy. Breakfast had a lot of great options!

The staff were nice and very approachable. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the free breakfast was good. We're gonna stay here again for sure.

We love watching movies, but there was no Netflix. But that's ok, we still enjoyed our stay.

Nothing really. Property is a little tired looking
